I have lived here for over 3 years now .....the first unit i lived in there was a Druggie upstairs who stomped on the floor all night ...threw a couch out the window....kept a huge pit bull even had the bomb squad called out when someone put a live hand grenade in his car ...after 2 years of complaining to the office and them doing nothing i called the district manager....she finially got him moved out ....the unit was trashed so bad it took 6 months to clean it out....i recently moved to a 2 bedroom.....in the 6 months i have been at this residence there have been 26 breakins or vandalism to cars that i know of ...mine has been broken into 4 times in the last 6 weeks....now today my door lock has been messed with and jimmied so it does not work...The rent checks have been stolen from the drop box.....the mail boxes have been broken into..Forget going to the office ...they do nothing....they deny that there is a problem but 26 break ins in 6 months?.......Come on.....When i called the police the other morning when we saw 2 males breaking into my car they asked another resident if her car was ok ....she replied "No if fact someone stole my stero last night too".....Stay clear of this place ...There is a crime wave going on here almost every night and the management does nothing.....

I had trouble with internet--Cox repairman said wiring was bad on the apartment. Took an attitude with the manager--he was gracious and respectful, and a Cox supervisor came out and told me the wiring was fine as it had been replaced recently--it was an outside server issue. Edmund, the Manager is as kind as you could want--apartment maintained well, and repair service was great.

VILLAS AT PAINTED DESSERT is their REAL NAME: All dirty, auto-theft (my neighbor got her call stolen twice in less than 6 mths), car explosions (a car was burnt down while I was living there, in the parking lot in front of my apartment), my bike was stolen 3 times, FULL OF ROACHES, THEY NEST EVERYWHERE, INCLUDING IN BETWEEN WALLS, could NEVER get rid of them even though I sprayed over & over, worst customer service @ management; A/C broke down & they didn't repair until after 2 days (in the summertime) when I was pregnant; they refused to give me a temporary A/C, sd would fix & when I came home from work it was still broken (of course, office was closed by then). Closed early all the time OR didn't open at all, they didn't respect schedule listed on door. ZERO SAFETY, DRUG DEALERS/DRUG ADDICTS as neighbors, they don't scan people, a lot of weirdos & drug addicts are accepted for an appartment. THE WORST I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. ALSO, pools were ALWAYS closed even though it was summertime & over 100 degrees. When inquire about that, they always sd would open them soon but never did or gave a specific date or reason as to why they were closed. Pools DIRTY AND WITH NO RESTROOM nearby; reason why people used it as toilet sometimes.

VERY DANGEROUS PLACE. I just moved from these apartments. In the last 8 months all this happened to me: I had my sliding glass door broken in an attempted burglary while I was at home. I was actually burglarized while I was away and they stole $1500 worth of my stuff. Had another attempted burglary while I was away thwarted by a neighbor who saw them trying to enter through my front door. Management at this place is absolutely worthless. On top of the break-in and attempted break-ins I had to call security or the police over a dozen times for noise late at night. Nothing ever was done to solve the problem by management. These apartments are to be torn down soon for a casino expansion. Mangagement cares only about milking tenants until that time and care nothing about insuring the safety or acceptable standard of living of the tenants. Wyandotte Apartments adjacent to Embassy are under the same management and are soon to be torn down also.

I have been living at these apartments for almost 2 years and I have not had any major problems. My car has never been broken into. Management only checks our apartment once a year to ensure the appliances are in order. The office sent out letters to their residents warning them about a peeping Tom, but I have never encountered him. The majority of my neighbors are friendly and quiet. The office staff is not as good as they were last year. We use to get monthly letters and updates but now we get nothing at all unless it is a warning. I have had the office make outrageous requests to accommodate whiny neighbors such as taking my dog on a different walking route because it makes another dog bark and that disrupts their neighbors. I declined because it would have been a huge inconvenience to take my dog to the bathroom on the other side of the apartments. The problem was their barking dog, not my walking route. I was a bit angry with the office for not seeing that, and for the fact that they called me once to quiet my dog’s barking because it upset a neighbor of mine.

I WAS NOT TOLD WHEN I CHECKED IN THAT THEY RUN BACKGROUNDS ON ALL THEIR TENNANTS AND AFTER TWO DAYS STAYING IN THIS COCKROACK INFESTED SLUM, I WAS ARRESTED AS WELL AS ABOUT 30 OTHER PEOPLE. MY BELONGINGS WERE STOLEN WHILE I WAS IN JAIL. AFTER POSTING BAIL, I REPORTED THE THEFT, AND THE MANAGMENT DENIED ANYONE BEING IN MY ROOM, RIGHT AFTER THEY SENT SOMEONE TO MY ROOM WHEN MY FIANCEE WENT THERE TO GET MY BELONGINGS. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CONDEMMED BUT THE WAY THE POLICE ARE RAKING IN THE FELONS IN THIS PLACE BY NOT DISCLOSING THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE AN ARRRANGMENT WITH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO RUN EVERYONES BACKGROUND, THEY SIMPLY BARKED AT ME THAT IT WAS ON THE PAPERWORK WHEN I CHECKED IN. I finally feel at home! The crew here are so professional and friendly. The apartment itself is so beautiful inside and out. They take of the grounds so well the fountains and pool are beautiful the gym is always working and opened all the time which was a plus for us. It is so quiet here and also the views are so nice!

This is a friendly warning to anyone thinking about renting from Twain Estates at 3651 S. Arville in Las Vegas.
I was a perfect renter for 1.5 years. Never a complaint, never a noise, always on time.
It started to go down hill about 1 year ago... *right when i renewed my lease for a year* also when ConAm took over the property management contract.
1st problem. I renewed my cars registration on the internet. because the renewal was so close to the end of the month i had not recieved my tags for my license plate... I recieved a gigantic yellow sticker saying i would be towed by monday at 9am if i was not compliant. I talked with desk worker Sarah about the problem and produced evidence of the email reciept. she said it would be no problem and i would not be towed. I was towed that night *Saturday* *Not MONDAY* so not only was i lied to about being towed... i was towed 2 days earlier than i was told. They would now acknowledge there fault and i paid the 300 in fees to get my car out of impound. I should have pressed this issue further but did not
2nd issue. I was leaving my lease 1 month early because i bought a condo and was ready to get out of their after the gang fight a couple weeks earlier. They charged me over 1500 dollars in early termination fees. Which when pressed about the fees they said "we cannot do that... " they just try to get people to pay.
3rd issue. I left the apartment in immaculate condition. The two problems i left were.. a previous renter had a cat that had scratched the carpet on the stairs (at least thats what it looked like) i reported it to the same desk person Sarah after the initial walk through. the other problem was two air conditioning men had to access the roof through my apartment and had "drug" in a piece of equipment bringing up a corner of the carpet by the door. They are now trying to get me to replace the carpet because of "Pet Damage" i lived there for 1.5 years and never had a pet there.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and steer clear of Twain Estates and ConAM.

OVERALL, I GUESS THAT IT'S AN OKAY PLACE TO LIVE BUT IT WOULD BE BETTER IF THE NEW SECURITY FORCE WOULD DO DO THEIR JOBS AT NIGHT AND MANAGEMENT WOULD REPLACE ALL THE OVER HEAD LIGHTS THAT ARE BURNT OUT AND CREATING DARK SPOTS WHERE THE UNDESIRABLES WOULD CONGREGATE AFTER THE SUN GOES DOWN. SOME OF THEM WOULD EVEN HIDE WHEN A CAR GOES BY AND WOULD APPEAR AGAIN AFTER IT PASSES. SECURITY IS'NT FOOLING ANYONE BY DRIVING THAT GOLF CART OR THEIR OWN PESONAL CARS...THEY SHOULD STICK TO THEIR RED SECURITY ONE OR RIDE A BIKE TO SNEEK UP ON THE BAD PEOPLE!! MANAGEMENT IS PUTTING UP A PERSUMABLY SECURITY GATE TO KEEP THE UNDESIRABLES OUT BUT WHAT IF THEY ARE ALREADY LIVING IN THERE??? THE FIRST THING IS THAT THEY SHOULD DO IS TO BE SURE THAT ALL THE NIGTH CORRIDORE OVERHEAD LIGHTS ARE WORKING AND CHECK THEM PERIODICALLY BECAUSE THOSE DRUGGIES ARE PURPOSELY PUTTING SOME OF THOSE LIGHTS OUT SO THEY CAN HIDE IN THE SHADOWS.SECURITY SHOULD ALSO KEEP TRACK OF WHICH LIGHTS ARE CONSTANTLY BURNT OUT AND MAKE NOTE OF IT...(IT'S EZ TO AMKE A LIGHT SEEM TO BE BURNT OUT..JUST SHOOT IT WITH A WATER PISTOL WHEN IT IS ON). A WORD TO THE WISE: BEFORE MOVING INTO ANY NEW PLACE ONE SHOULD TALK TO THE OLDER FOLKS THAT HAVE BEEN LIVING THERE AWHILE TO GET THE STATS. I was looking things up on the website and I saw about ratings in Las Vegas and put my Apartment building in. I was surprised what the person wrote about Mark Twain. I have been living here myself for 7 yrs and middle aged person. The Location is very convenient on the bus lines and across the street from Vons. The Manager has been there for at least now 4 to 5 yrs and has tried her best to clean the area and get drug dealers and prostitutes off the building areas. She is sometimes out here late at night checking out the buildings, I know this because by the time I come home from work late at night during the weekends she is driving her car around the building. The rent is pretty good price and for a one bedroom I get a ½ of a bathroom off my kitchen plus my master bathroom. I love this because no one has to come through my bedroom. Yeah so the pools where close for one year and they redid the 3 pools and the last one closed for good. After they spent all that money to fix it, still hardly people used it, and I don’t see any elderly people using it like she claims she does or would. I believe Management Does Care, she has taken time with people and she at least walks around and chases people off
the property. I think Lady you have too much time on your hands and probably got a 5 day notice because you spent all your money in the casinos and got mad at the manager because she was doing her job. I say rent to them because she does care and she can be a tough cookie but only because people don’t care to follow the rules.

WE lived here for a year. When we moved in we were told that the new management company was taking this propert from a "B" to an "A". Didnt happen, not even a little bit. The property is not well maintained primarily because they cant keep staff - no one wants to work here. In the year we lived here, with the exception of 1 person every single member of their staff (including Maintenance) quit. The KItchen appliances are bottom of the line as is the wall to wall carpeting. The neighborhood is VERY borderline. You don't want to walk to the convenience store at night! The entry gates were broken and left open 24/7 for MONTHS at a time. In a City that sits in the middle of a desert and that is experiencing a record drought is it really necessary to water the grass 3 to 4 per day EVERY day. Pass this place by - wecouldnt wait to get out.

I would call it a roach motel and black widow spiders , , very poor looking, people dont speak english , looks like a place for the homeless, very dirty, cheap labor, mexicans are bad workers , the property manager, has a split personality , more bad attitude, then smiles for customers, nice when you you move in , after, shes mean, the lady is mary , barbara is a kiss ass for mary to keep her job, would i ever live there , no, i know people who do , that wants to get out badly, and which they have and are, , the roaches are every where, invested,, bad bad bad no extermanater, building to old, poor people, , should be codemed, the people , all that work there should be fired, over all , no good,,,bad , bad , that isnt even the word for it,, sad sad, sad,,,,

The person that left the wonderful rating about this sh!thole before, MUST work here....the STAFF if that's what you would like to call them, SUCK! they hire incompetent idiots that NEVER have a freakin CLUE as to what's going on. They send out eviction notices when you have PAID your rent. They turn off water, gas and electricity WITHOUT so much as a knock on the door, when they are doing renovations to other apts!! They give you BS reason that they need 24 hour notice to enter your apt.......they walk in and look around and leave. WTF?? I've heard they are looking for drug dealers or whatever, but this is rediculous!! WAY over priced in rent. and these idiots are TRYING to sell these DUMPS as CONDOS?!!!!!!!

Wow, from reading the other comments I'm only going to sound repetitive. I agree with just about everything. Ok i agree with everything. I beleive this is a criminal training ground, Las Vegas SWAT trains here too though. (maybe I could start my own reality TV show here) I have owned several cars because of this place. Extremely frustrating. I have owned a JEEP, it got stolen. My fault right, why would you ever own a soft top vehicle. I drove a new volkswagen, there must be some very very large pigeons, cause I keep finding extra large grade A eggs on my hood and windsheild. I also drove a junk minivan thinking that my be the solution to it. Just don't own anything nice and they will leave it alone right. Nope, somebody had a compulsive urge to keep slashing my tires. I have been running with the bulls in Spain and i felt safer with big A@* bull chasing me than everytime i try to pull out onto Charleston Blvd. i admit it, I got conned into this place by the free rent and no deposit. I needed a place to live close to work and ASAP when I moved here. I had a big STUPID stamp with permenant ink made and it sits by the door so i can hit myself on the forehead with it everytime I walk in the door. All the appliances are ancient but i'm sure thats not the way they would describe it, They might say vintage. The "SECURITY" gates and "SECURITY" guards, thats what they advertise anyways. Their employees, they leave faster than any of the tenants are capable of. Just to give you an idea of how much I want to move. I am in the military and I just so i could break my lease I put a request in to go to Baghdad. I'm not kidding, I really did. He said they needed me here for right now. I have no luck.
I have discussed all of the problems with the manegement and have been very freindy and patient with them........BUT when I spoke with them today to let them know I was leaving (because my lease is up),the problem with this is i cant give them the full 30 days notice. They told me I had to pay anyways. I said no, and said we need to find some middle ground. the room temp. dropped about 20 degrees, They said there is never an exception to any rule, I raised the B.S. flag, and got brushed out of the office. I know they are just trying to do their job, but cmon. So in retaliation for no compromise I am posting on every website I can find and if your military, im politely pushing the Base Commander to put this place on the off limits establishments.

I love this complex I currently live there and everything has been great. The apartments are a little older but there really are no brand new complexes in good locations. The neighborhood is near China Town and the strip so there is no shortage of things to do and eat. Bus routes are near by 202 Flamingo, 203 Spring Mountain, and 104 Valley View/Torrey Pines (Which stops in front of the complex). All of the apartments have a washer/drier which is a great find in these older complexes. All of the apartments I have seen have new appliances or are being replaced as people move out. The grounds are nothing special but it is hard to keep grass alive in Vegas, but their are large trees creating great shade. The street noise is minimal since the apartments have thick walls. The rent is a little high a one bedroom runs $685 but of course that is not that bad considering the Vegas market.

My husband and I are living at Coral Garden now since the beginning of February and we had problems from the beginning. When we had a look at the complex and the apartment we told them that we had an RV and the young woman said that this wouldn't be a problem and they also told us we could rent extra storage space. When we signed the lease on the day we moved in (we live at the RV Park for a couple of days) we found out that we weren't allowed to park our RV anywhere and all the extra storage space was rented, but they would put us on the waiting list. I wonder if we are still on that list! It was winter so that was no problem that the swimming pools (5) were closed, but when it got hot in April and I saw that the swimming pool was open at the office I asked about our (between apartment block 3 and 5, and they told us they would open after Memorial Day. Whey one was open and the rest closed she didn't tell, even after I asked.
Memorial Day is two weeks ago and 3 out of 5 pools are still closed. They won't tell you the truth, because you here all sorts of reasons and one is, that the whole management changed in the last couple of months and the pool company doesn't work for Coral Garden anymore!!!! One pool is empty and the management say that they have to be cleaned and put in new equipment, but you don't see any pool company working on it.
The apartments are not to bad, yes pretty old I guess, and there is very little storage space in the kitchen and the A/C are not working to good and are very loud.....
I am glad when we can move out here and I won't recommend Coral Garden to anyone, especially because the people in the office are not to good either, they are either poorly trained or pretty lazy, I am not sure. I am an office clerk from profession (in Germany) so I know what I am talking about. But we have a labrador puppy and the dog park is only 10-15 min. walk away and that is great and we have WalMart Supercenter down the road.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and in the last year it has gotten to be a terrible place to live, once my lease is up I'm out of here.
Management is a complete joke. They are rude, lazy, ignorant, and unprofessional. Good luck trying to get something fixed!
Management is just passing time waiting for Harrah's to implode it to make way for a parking garage.
Crime is out of control with break-ins, car thefts, disturbances, etc... The security gate is always left open and there is never any security guards to be found.
The only thing that is good about the place is its location. Other than that the complex itself is a total dump its old and falling apart.
I strongly advise you NOT to move into Desert Clubs or you will be sorry.

This is a great place to stay! Come on, no matter where you go anywhere near the casinos in Las Vegas, whether its the Bellagio or the MGM Grand...once you walk outside, you have to keep your guard up...but for the most part, if your not looking for any trouble, you wont find it! Then, on the other hand, if your looking for it, you will find it.
Hookers, drugs, whatever! This is Sin City remember!
Harbor Island has an excellent location and within 2 to 3 blocks of the famous Las Vegas Strip and where you can walk to Ballys, Flamingo, Alladin, Paris, Bellagio, Caesars and Barbary Coast. The Hardrock Hotel and Casino is even closer and right next door practically.
For Value, you wont beat this anywhere in Las Vegas!

I've lived here three years and watched it go steadily down the toilet. Management does not care. Their brochure says" four sparkling pools", but they have not been open in years. Lots of drug dealers and prostitues roam the property at night, security is nowhere to be seen.oved in here because it is in a very convienent location, I'm elderly and can't drive anymore. a very bad place, my friends will no longer come over to my apartment, I must meet them at the mall. I am moving at the end of my lease, I wouldn't reccomend this place if the rent was FREE! STAY AWAY!

This snakepit has managed to maintain an initial appearance of acceptable to those who were'nt paying attention during their 'tour'. First stop, Security. What a joke! A bunch of non-English speaking dirtbags who think it is proper to scream obscenities throughout the late hours when their buddies come to hang out and visit. If you are a normal tenant that poses no problem, they are sure to act like macho assholes and make your entrance as annoying as possible. Even if they know you. But, if they have a girl next to their smelly booth, No Problemo! They'll just hit the switch and let any damn idiot in without checking! They have switched security companies frequently the past few years. Somehow managing to find some outfit more incompitant then the previous one. 2 years ago, an elderly woman who forgot her gate key was removed from her car and thrown to the ground, causing severe injury, resulting in the Security Guards arrest. The pool are is complete with a jacuzzi filled with what appears to be bubbling urine. The sauna is usually colder then the outdoor temperature and rarely ever works. The maintenance staff looks like the creatures from The Hills Have Eyes. Barely any of them speak our language. Rent is automatically raised at the end of your lease, so be prepared to pay more every 6 months. Management appears very cordial. See how efficient they are AFTER you sign the lease. The mailbox situation is attrocious. Broken boxes, litter all over the place, thefts, etc.....As for the apartment themselves, I have yet to meet anyone who has a working dishwasher. Make sure your artwork or pictures dont weigh more then 1/2 lb. The cheap material they have as walls wont be able to keep them up. Make sure to inspect the carpet. They pass off that garbage as new when all they do is get a quick steam clean over it. Just take your shoes off and walk around. See if your socks dont turn black. Want to play some volleyball? You'll be too busy avoiding the many piles of dog crap that goes without cleaning until the rain takes it away. And you have to schedule your arrival and departure to your unit in accordance with the sprinklers timing system. If they are on, your clothes and shoes get ruined since Polo Club makes sure that they have the best-watered sidewalks in town.If you can not afford to live someplace better, there is nothing like a 6-month lease at this dump to make you work harder to get ANYTHING else regardless of cost. STAY AWAY !!!

I have lived here for 2 years and it is declined rapidly in the last year or so. Let me address a few of the
issues:
Location: Right behind a 55 and over complex. Montclif and Polo Club share a entrance. The drivers
coming in an out of the apts are a hazzard. The very, very old who are still driving even though they
shouldn't are in force here. Beware trying to get into the Polo Club Apts.
Appearance: Management is only concerned with what faces the street or near the rental office.
Grounds crews consist of noisy gas powered blowers at early hours blowing nothing in the middle of
the street or up on my porch blowing my personal things all over the place. I was awakened by the leaf
blower on my porch, with a guy standing there pointing it at the door, just letting it run for no reason! I
asked him to leave but he didn't speak English.
There are no provisions for dog waste. No baggies, no notices for owners to pick up after their dogs.
Dog crap is all over. Weight and breed restrictions are not enforced. I've seen pit bulls.
Safety: Oh boy, this is going be a doozy. There is no safety. The gates are open from 7 am until 7pm.
Solicitors come in all day and leave flyers in out doors. Usually 3-4 a day. It creates a lot of litter. Who
knows who else is coming in and out.
When there is supposed to be security they are not diligent. One car swipes their key and 10 cars follow
them in, unstopped. They line up to wait for a car to let them in and no one from the guard check even
asks what they are doing there.
Some of the guards appear to be from a program to help the mentally challenged. I support these
programs 100% but if the duties are above the capabilities of the worker, it's pointless. The duties are
above their capabilities. They do not check cars coming in, pay attention to cars who are sitting in front
of the gate waiting to be allowed it, and let multiple cars piggy back in. They are gone for long periods
of time, more than 15 minutes from the front gate which allows a long line of cars to build up.
My car was stolen from the parking lot in front of my apt. There are supposed to be security cameras
covering the parking lots. When I went to the office I was told the cameras are not working. ???????
I pay extra to live in a gated, camera monitored community and nothing works! It says on the sign when
you enter the community that the area is patrolled and under 24 hour surveillence. This is a LIE. I am
going to sue because Polo Club is negligent and now my car is gone.
Managment: Oh, you mean the rent takers? That's all they do. Even a simple request like getting a
working amenities key is a problem. One desk jockey says they are getting new ones made, one says
the old ones work ( they don't) and no one gets off their ASS to check.
Complaints are dismissed with an 'oh well" attitude. When asked why gate security is so lax they replied
that they can't do anything.
Overall: I can't wait to move. I saw the pictures online when I moved here from out of state and thought
I was getting a nice place. The apt is small. The only difference between a one bedroom and a two is
they stick on the 2nd bedroom. The living space, kitchen space is all the same for one bed or two. The
porch is tiny and pretty pointless. 945 a month will get you a 3/2 house to rent.
There are cockroaches everywhere inside. They crawl out from under the cabinets and from under the
microwave. I spray and spray and spray. It does no good. The dishwasher makes so much noise I can't
run it if I want to watch a movie. It drowns out the TV. The heat/air conditioner is even worse. I have to
turn the TV up 4 notches everytime the air comes on.
The noise from the neighbors about sounds like Elephants having ballet practice. We can hear every
step.
Not only wouldn'tt I reccomend this as a good place to live, I'd consider it a hazzard. Stay away!

I lived in this community for over one year. I moved there because I thought that it looked nice and because it was close to the freeway. (looks are decieving!!)
While I was living there, there were helecopters flying over every single night. They did have an armed security guard 5 days a week and he told me that he had to respond to shootings in the complex at least once a week! I saw crack heads lurking about the complex and the lightbulb by my door would be stollen the day it was replaced. So therefore, I always had to walk up to my door in the dark. There were people fighting in the hallway outside my door and everyone who moved next door to me ended up getting evicted.
The cabinets were falling off the screws and there was an odor of methane gas in the bathroom. Everytime the neighbor above me flushed the toilet I could hear it comming down the wall. The walls were paper thin. I heard everything that was going on around me.
The management there was abosolutely a nightmare! The neighbor above me had a leaky water heater and there was a water spot comming down the wall. I reported it to management and they did nothing about it until the water heater burst and flooded both our patios. Not only did they care less about the maintenance, they would come into our apartments without notice or permission!!!! I would come home from work and find a note on the couch that said management had been there! (I wondered how many times they came in and didn't leave a note.)
I have to say the worst part about living there was the bugs. I had an infestation of ants in the kitchen to the point where I couldn't keep any food in my cupboards and god forbid I left something out! I asked management if they could come spray and I had to wait 2 weeks for their bug guy to come over and he did a half-ass job. The ants were back within a couple of days. The biggest nightmare, however, were the SPIDERS!!!! I had big, black, quarter-sized spiders living in my apartment. I woke up every single day with a spider bites on my head, neck or arms. NO LIE!!!! I got to the point where I would wrap my whole body up in a coccuun before going to bed. Sometimes I would cry because I didn't want the spiders to come out and bite me but they still did! It was HORRIBLE!!!!! I was so glad to finish out my lease and get the hell out of there!

I've Lived here for 3 years now....one of the bad things is sometimes ceilings and walls are thin enough and you might hear more noise than expected, but its over all very quiet. When you move in carpet is new, and the place is looking great, painted & all. Maintenance is really helpful and do a good job. Security armed patrol and vehicles are present all night. pools are kinda small but hey theres an indoor pool & spa. Management is not bad. I really like this place, no trouble, no cops, nothing. recommended. plenty of dogs & kids if you like that.

I LOVE living here! The view from our balcony is absolutely stunning! The apartment is very spacious, and the wet bar adds a very fun retro Las Vegas touch to the whole experience. I would recommend this complex to anyone interested in living in a mult-story building!

4.COCKROACH,WE KILLED HUNDREDS OF THEM IN ABOUT HALF YEAR.
5.NO WATER EVERY COUPLE WEEKS
6.TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT,STUPID STAFFS,THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.YOU CAN ALWAYS SEE PEOPLE ARGUEING WITH THEM OR STAY IN A LINE WATING FOR ARGUING WITH THEM.
7.THEY PUT ME IN COLLECTION LIST 7 MONTHS AFTER I MOVED OUT,EVEN WE LEFT OUR NEW ADDRESS+CELL NUMBER WITH THEM WHEN WE MOVED.I CALL THEIR OFFICE DURING THEIR BUSSINESS HOUR,THEIR ANSWERING MACHING SAID I NEED CALL BACK DURING THEIR BUSSINESS HOUR,DON'T KNOW WHEN?
8.ALL WHEELS OF MY NEW CAR GOT STOLEN, CAR LOGO GOT STOLEN IN NEXT FEW WEEKS, A COUPLE TOLD US THEIR VAN PARKED AT THEIR FRONT DOOR, WAS STOLEN TOO.
