Its a nice place but it is not a gated area so you will get odd people walking around in the parking lot. I hated that i could never check my mail in my box because you can only check it between office hours. Which i always worked between then. The thing i dont like most about it is that i did not feel safe where lived. The people that live there are strange and the neighborhood is strange to. I call this place "the nice house in the ghetto."
