I have been living at these apartments for almost 2 years and I have not had any major problems. My car has never been broken into. Management only checks our apartment once a year to ensure the appliances are in order. The office sent out letters to their residents warning them about a peeping Tom, but I have never encountered him. The majority of my neighbors are friendly and quiet. The office staff is not as good as they were last year. We use to get monthly letters and updates but now we get nothing at all unless it is a warning. I have had the office make outrageous requests to accommodate whiny neighbors such as taking my dog on a different walking route because it makes another dog bark and that disrupts their neighbors. I declined because it would have been a huge inconvenience to take my dog to the bathroom on the other side of the apartments. The problem was their barking dog, not my walking route. I was a bit angry with the office for not seeing that, and for the fact that they called me once to quiet my dog’s barking because it upset a neighbor of mine.

Car was stolen once, broken into 18 times in 6 months, had to replace locks due to random break ins, have had the peeping tom try to break in while i was standing RIGHT THERE!, peeping tom comes by very frequently knocking over all the plants on the patio. Get an upstairs apt if you live here but you will pay an extra $25 mo. Management busts in your apt 3 times a year claiming to check appliances, vacuum the fireplace, etc. So if you like your privacy DONT MOVE HERE. Looks good from the outside, but everyone i know that lives here has been victimized by burglaries, car theft, robbery at gunpoint, harrassment by managemment. Overpriced but looks good FROM THE OUTSIDE.
