I wish to thank the above comment! As the manager of this complex at the time it was posted... But the public should be enlightened as to the negatives here...... First off, the owners only paid me $500 per month and included an apt. that the a/c did not work. They made me split my $500.00 salary with the maint. man, which only gave me $250.00 a month to live on. These people are cheap and thieves. They stole from me more than once, refused to pay me a decent wage, and, many many other bad things. You may ask why i stayed here so long? Well, I needed the experience and the time on my resume in order to find a better job here in las vegas. I did not know when i started this job, that these owners used threats, and manipulation to keep order. They hide behind their LLC to avoid being sued. Since i have left this property, it has went down hill fast. It looks horrible and as of this date, many apts. are vacant and the property has the "run down" look. I reccomend that you really investigate this b-4 you decide to move or work here. email me if you would like proof of this. I DO have my contract for employment to back myself up.

I have visited this complex and thought it was pretty good. I do agree that it is very close to shopping, bus line, and the strip. The tenants I met seemed to be pretty nice and enjoy living here. I also met the manager and the maintenence staff which are very good at what they do.. IE; they have cleaned up the property by getting rid of the bad elements and making this complex a beautiful place as it once was..... My personal opinion is that these young men should be nominated for the "Jefferson" award and given a lot more money for what they have been doing... It was my understanding that this property has not had good people running it like this for quite some time.... come by the property and take a look....I rate this property to be a good one....

This complex is a very nice complex, with one problem, the manager Gayle O' Conner. This lady is the 2nd worst landlord I have ever had. Her husband would get drunk and come to my apartment, she would come over demanding to come into my apartment to check for him. Also, they felt they had access into my apartment any time they chose, even when there was no maintenance or any work to be done in the apartment. This would happen about 2 times a week. On the good side though, the apartments are very clean, well maintained, and in a great location. Across the street is a park, less than 2 blocks away is wal-mart, there is a grocery store close, and you are only about 1.5 miles from strip.
