This apartment complex is terrible. It starts with the management. Management is unorganized and disrespectful to the tenants. Secondly, and to some the most important part of a "gated community" is the safety factor.... Alexander Gardens has no safety. I lived there for 9 months and the gates were broken when I moved in, and were still broken when I moved out. Next was the pools. The pool was also closed when I moved in and they opened up around June and they were then closed down by the health department. Would you really want to move somewhere where the health department had to shut things down. Next was the conditions of the apartments themselves. Yes they are roomy, but all the apartments had major issues with cockroaches. When it came to getting problems fixed, you had to wait forever for management to get it taken care of. I had sent in many written requests for things to be fixed, and some of them even after reminding them multiple times weren't fixed till right before i moved out.. This place is definitely not a place you want to live if you have children. One child was almost hit by a police officer who was driving too fast for a residential area so he could get home. Lastly, Management has had man issues including having someone who was stealing the security deposits from the tenants. I was extremely disappointed that the management let this go on for months. It makes me wonder if anything they said was the truth. This is truely the worst place I have ever lived. Trust me,stay far away from Alexander Gardens

Cockroaches in the apartment; dishwasher was all rusted out; people park illegally in others assigned parking stalls; burglary is rampant here- breaking into the garages.

This Apt. Complex was the nicest one we looked at. The apt. is nice and roomy, it was in good condition,and the entire complex is very neat and clean. The entire staff is very nice and any work orders are always checked out right
away. We are glad we found Alexander Gardens.
