Date Visited: 11/04 - Good
Nice residential neighborhood, for active adults 55 and older. Traffic light at corner allows easy access to the complex. Near the Meadows Mall, University Medical Center, the Strip and U.S. Highway 95.
The complex sits among what seems to be a forest of full-grown trees. The landscaping and buildings are beautifully kept.
Safety is paramount. Access is through a guarded gate.
Management makes sure there is nothing to disturb your perfect day, whether it is quiet relaxation or unlimited activities.
Rents are most reasonable. You get a great value for what you pay.
I highly recommend this complex.
