The office person talks over you when you are voicing issues. Lets her own children play after dark outside screaming, yelling, and running about. There is a surveillance camera with no tape so it is not helpful at all! Over five peoples rent was stolen out of the drop box. Only 5 washers and 5 dryers in laundry facility and half of the time one of each doesn't work properly. The place is not insulated well so your power/gas bill in the summer and winter is high. Most of our neighbors have to place items in front of the dishwashers in order for them to work properly. AND there is an abundance of roaches in the summer because there is a water valve in the ground on each persons porch as well as hoards of pigeons in the summer...which means when the wind blows hard the baby pigeons fall to there death onto your back porch or you have broken, open pigeon eggs on your porch. All of the above you have to clean-up yourself. I would never recommend someone to get sucked into a lease here unless they DESPERATELY need the square footage at a rock bottom price. But trust that by the time you have utilized that wash room and put up with the office lady you will have wished you fessed up the extra hundred for a nicer, friendlier, more equipped place!
