Date Visited: 08/07 - Bad
The Crystal Court is completely toxic. You will all of a sudden, get maladies in your health. Your overall health will decline rapidly from the mo9ld throughout the building, every floor. You can smell it. The Mold comes out through the air conditioning vents. There are roaches everywhere. The carpets are filthy...if you walk barefooted, the bottom of your feet will be black just walking on the carpets in the halls. The garage is so full of grease that you track everything inside onto your own carpets. Many carpet cleaning bills. If you mention anything about the mold, the management will just throw you out...or pay your rent for a year to keep your mouth shut.
I would not recommend this property for lease under any circumstances unless you wish to lose your health and live under constant duress. You will be cheated out of money at any turn of the road. This property is not under proper management whatsoever. Big Mistake & disappointments.

Date Visited: 05/04 - Bad
I toured this complex this morning. The resident manager was lovely, very friendly, very knowledgeable. The complex itself is nice from the outside. The inside, however, is beyond disgusting. The hallway carpets are filthy. The front doors to the apartments are white. . .or WERE white, they all have black marks all up and down them. And the hallways REEK of garbage from the trash chutes.
I wouldn't reccomend this to anyone.
