I MOVED HERE A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO. IT SUCKS!! KIDS AND TEENS RUN ALL OVER AND SKATEBOARD INTO YOUR CARS AND LEAVE TRASH EVERYWHERE. CAR ALARMS BLAST ALL NITE!! TRASH AND CIGARETTE BUTTS ARE ALL OVER! SOME OF THE POOLS AND SPAS ARE NOT RUNNING. THE BACK OF THE COMPLEX WHICH IS HIDDEN FROM WHEN YOU COME VISIT LOOKS LIKE THE GHETTO!! THE MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE.. THIS PLACE GETS NEW MANAGEMENT ALL THE TIME AND MAKE SURE IF YOU DO MOVE HERE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITTING AND SAVE IT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD!! VERY UNHAPPY HERE CAN'T WAIT FOR LEASE TO END!! TERRIBLE PLACE LOOK ELSEWHERE TO LIVE.

sept 10 2004 this morning at desert shores apt i woke up and took a look outside to find my truck on concreate blocks. Desert shores with there gated security said
there are not responceable. Thanks i cant feel safe in a gated community.

As a resident of this complex, may I advise all that both pools and spas are closed. The advertised 24-hour gym is only open during 8-5:30. Management exhibits a lack of caring or professionalism, especially the manager. Children are allowed to ride their bikes or skateboards in the streets, thereby creating an extremely dangerous situation. Again, the new ownership and management does not care about the tenants or amenities. The price of the refurbished apts. have increased $75/mo. This is not a fun place to live - rather a prison!

I have lived there for over a year. Yes they are picky, but that is a good thing no? They are obviously watching the complex and trying to keep it good for everyone. I know I personally like going home and not hearing alot of noise, not seeing trash everywhere, or seeing groups of people hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night. If you want to see that you should go to Cayman Bay....
Management has always been friendly, and if I had any maintence problems they were usually resolved the same day or the next day.
So I highly recommend this complex.

Terrible Management. Management is extreamely picky and constinately nit piking at minor thing. However I have had a tolit that has never flushed since the day I moved in (ten Months now). Many other maintenance problems unresolved and the management refuses to allow me out of my lease early due to my unhappiness of the living conditions even with a 60 day notice.
