I have lived in Diamondhead for a year and a half. The office staff rotates about every 2-3 months and so does the maint. staff. Any problem I've had with maint. they have fixed the same day. The only problem I've had that took a while to resolve was after I renewed my lease I got a new neighbor who played his music so loud picture frames would shake on my walls. I complained twice in writting and my husband complained the third and final time in writing over a period of 5 months before the management was able to get my neighbor to stop. The building was recently repainted, an ugly color, but still. The staff is very friendly and the maint. staff is also knowledgable and very nice.

If you LOVE BASS and LOUD MUSIC move in here!!! In January 2005 the company, auto trenz, moved adjacent to diamondhead apts. EVERY night (and most days) the bass is SO loud it's mind numbing and wall shaking. (Metro and the office staff have been unhelpful in this matter). Maintenance is LAZY and SLOW, office staff rotates every 2-3 months, there is garbage all over the ground. We have had difficulty with plumbing, getting maintenance to act promptly, and falling asleep due to the LOUD BASS! DO NOT MOVE HERE--YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
