we have lived here for 7 months now and boy, were we snowed when we moved in here..... first off, the noise is horrible no matter if you work days or nights... second, we have had shootings, a stabbing right at my building, and a total lack of security prevention.. i myself have hounded the so-called manager to replace the burnt out security light bulbs just to get a line of b/s in return.... as for them fixing your apartment AFTER you move in? forget it totally.... i have had a line burst under my bathroom floor just for them to leave the mess and run a hose through my walls and ceilings to bypass it, and the water is still underneath our floor if it isn't mold yet. i have a hole in my bathroom ceiling from a leak from our upstairs neighbor that was reported over a month ago... our windows do not work right or open hardly. they have no screens.... our mailboxes get robbed at least once a month.. and don't even think of doing your laundry here on the property,,, mine got stolen the first time...if you do rent here, i wish you the best of luck.. my apt is very cute and would be nice if they just kept up with it........
