I lived there for a year, and from the day I moved in I had problems. There were bugs in my ceiling, my air conditioner hissed, and the pipes in the walls bursted. My dishwasher and washing machine had to be replaced and my garbage disposal had problems on a weekly basis. The apartment is generic and nothing special, and not worth the 825 a month they try to charge you for a 1 bedroom in a horrible area of town. The mangement never calls you back and they change so often and make up new rules that anything verbal needs to be in writing or else they will try to ream you when you move out.

I lived there for 2 years and had problems with black mold, maintance issues thaT WAS NEVERD REPAIRED, WATER BILLS OF OVER $100, NO SECURTY AND CAR BROKE INTO 2 TIMES. We could not get a final break down of the excessive deposits when we move out. A year later I still can not get the breakdown of the money and final charged-- BUT THEY MANAGED TO PUT IT ON MY CREDIT. I guess whatever they say is correct and we should blindly pay Fiesta
