This listing is wrong. This rating is not Flamingo Polo Club West. It is for Flamingo Polo Club on the East Side of Las Vegas in the 89121 Zip Code near Flamingo and Pecos.
I have lived at Flamingo Polo Club and had to move out because of problems with roaches, black widows, moths, and other bugs. During the worst times, I was actually woken up by a roach crawling across my neck in my bed!! I have also seen approximately a dozen black widows outside my apartment - including one that just finished hatching eggs on my patio!! I have complained and complained, but the pesticides only work for a short time on the roaches. They never work on the black widows - you have to physically kill them. And the spiders are here because of the roaches. I have seen hundreds (if not thousands) of roaches outside my apartment at its worst.
The bad thing is that there are trees at this complex that produce fruit along with the dumpsters that are adjacent to the apartment building, which attract way too many bugs. Also, the nice lush grass attracts the bugs too.
It is very quiet at this complex, and the management and staff are very nice - but I had to leave because I didn't want to kill myself with pesticides being sprayed in my apartment every week!! I was also terrified to open my storage room on the patio too because it became infested with black widows. The last straw was when I found a recluse outside my apartment. For your health and safety, stay away from this apartment complex!!!
