I visited this place, looking to rent an apartment...and I found everyone to be extremely nice peopl. The apartment i looked at was clean, nothing was broken or clogged or anything....overall i found this place to be a rather nice place. I am seriously considering moving in!

The management really stinks..I am happy to know it isn't just me who thinks so..Christy, Chrissy what ever the hell her name is has a very bad attitude and she tends to talk down to people..Would not recommend this place to anyone based on her attitude alone..but let me not forget about the clogged toilet and sink..the sink was clogged for about two months and i had told them several times about it and noone had come in to do anything about it..finally my mom comes over and fixes the stupid sink for me...so see my frustration

Dont rent from this place. Management sucks, the apt's are full of roaches, and there is major theft in the parking area. I hate this place and I've olny been here two months.

We used to live at Gloria Park Villas and never had a problem with the management or anyone else who worked there. Christy was one of the most accommodating people we have ever met. We are looking to relocate back to Vegas and are checking into moving back to Gloria Park..

DONT, DONT, DONT rent from gloria park villas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will hate the management who will most likely tow away your car once or twice mistakingly. Once you move in, all of the apliances in the apartment will soon fall apart about a day or two after you move in because they put this place up in about five minutes!!! Oh and dont try to break your lease! They will charge you two months rent at least. Be Especially weary of the evil aparmtnet manager Chrissy. SHe is the most coldest bitch.. Just a little advice from a burned former tenant who lost a six thoasand dollar deposit....
