I would call it a roach motel and black widow spiders , , very poor looking, people dont speak english , looks like a place for the homeless, very dirty, cheap labor, mexicans are bad workers , the property manager, has a split personality , more bad attitude, then smiles for customers, nice when you you move in , after, shes mean, the lady is mary , barbara is a kiss ass for mary to keep her job, would i ever live there , no, i know people who do , that wants to get out badly, and which they have and are, , the roaches are every where, invested,, bad bad bad no extermanater, building to old, poor people, , should be codemed, the people , all that work there should be fired, over all , no good,,,bad , bad , that isnt even the word for it,, sad sad, sad,,,,

the worst apartment ever! there are so many bosnians.. they think they own the place. Every time you walk outside, the bosnians come out and stare, and make you feel like you did something wrong! cars get broken into all the time, and the fat philipino lady is such a rude BITC^%! She has no management skills whatsoever. She always tries to raise the rent and take advantage of people. Not to mention, there are cochroaches everywhere, no matter if ur clean or dirty. Crazy people, crazy place, don't live there!

god this is the worst apartmans ever. i walk by there i wanted to die the kids are idiots its like they lived next to a power plant when they were growing up very lound i raethe live in a garbage can

what a loust dump the manager has her Mexican maintenance men poisoning unwanted tennants pets. They converted 3 surrounding units into classroms and made our apartment uninhabitable. The Roaches are better tennants than the neighbours who are freaks from Boznia and Serbia War refugees!!

Me and my roomate moved here in july of 03 and we are still here at the hampton court. we leave soon. This place is a dump but cheap and close to our work. There are serbs here most of them are cool. But the younger kids have no respect. mangament sucks. The rooms suck i have ants, and spiders. But the heater and air work nice. Its my first place i love it because im young. I wouldn't recommend it to couples or people who like nice things. its close to the strip and shopping. But its not in a good area alot of crime. Pack some heat. my friend and i have shotguns and knives here. They have a bascketball court but no hoop. Pool is dirty. My Nieghbors are quiet my block is the quietist from the others we were lucky. so it is not loud. My nieghbors are all from yougoslavia but they keep to thereselves there nice i even drink with sometimes. there decent people there kids are not. So this place is a shit hole but home for me.
