There is nothing good to say about this place except my gym is across the street. My car was broken into the first night I was here. A group of kids flashed a gun at me...someone even shot off a clip one night in the quad.
There is no full time security...if they are here they are here for maybe a few minutes...they drive through...how's that for security. Management doesn't give a damn about the property. It took almost 3 weeks to get a ceiling fan fixed. There are sooo many things wrong with the building I cannot list them all.
Don't be fooled by their street apperance. The front of the complex is taken very well care of. The rest of the property is dangerous. There are lights out everywhere...including security lights. Overall...enter at your own risk. Im out of here in 3 months.

The apartment complex is not well kept.There is trash visibly strewn througout everywhere on the grounds.
The laundry facilities are not well maintained and the machines often times do not work.
The maintenance staff is shoddy at best. They do not seem to care about fixing anything and if it is fixed it is not done in a timely manner or very well.
I had a car stolen from a visible spot and never recovered.
There is grafitti on the premises.
The turn over rate for the management staff is astronomical ( approx every 2-3 months) and the next one seems to know less than the last and are very unprofessional.
If I could have rated them o ( ZERO) across the board, I would have.
The only saving grace is their location to stores ( Kmart, Big lots and Food for less)
For the amount of rent charged, this complex is not worth it because it does not offer any amenties to justify the charges.
The interiors are not very well maintained. It is an old complex and looks like it, everything is painted over as oppose to actually being replaced ( sinks,tubs, counter tops, holes in walls or ceilings etc.)
The security staff is appears to be non existent
