Ok, this is my third entry for this apartment complex. Although i've heard several different version's of what management is up to, i am beginning to realize one thing. Apartments are scarce and almost anyone is welcomed as long as you pay your rent. Only problem with that scenario is that most people come into our complex temporarily and damage a perfectly decent complex. Though i do understand that the apartments need to be filled, i have bigfoot living on top of me. Noise is a big problem for most apartments because the walls have no insulation. So we have to be bothered by our neighbor's every move. The trash situation seems to be getting better, and i saw the exterminator around a couple of times. They dont exterminate the grounds like they use to but they do go if you have a scorpian or field mice problem, which is rare may i add in this complex. There are no roaches, none that i have seen my 1 1/2 years living here. They added new security which seemed to help the vandalism of cars. If management keeps up the good maintance and provides us with a secure and decent place to live, i can't see why anyone wouldn't want to live here. The complex is on the Las Vegas/Green Valley border. It's convienant to transportation, a main road, highway access, shopping, and resteraunt's. It's within minutes to the Galleria Mall, and if you have children of school age, you'll be rest assured they will be going to a fine and safe school.
