I went to see this place this past monday and I have to say that I was impressed. I heard that the building was kinda ratty but they have done such beautiful remodeling that I didnt even notice anything wrong. I really like the fact that you park underground and the views are spectacular. The only downside is the price but thats all utilities included. This is looking like my new home but I have not fully decided yet. I would recommend this place though.

There is a lot of work to be done in the building. Don't be fooled by the outside beauty and cosmetics. The inside has serious issues such as poor lighting outdated generator and airing out your apartment is a serious issue. Basically the only way to do so is by opening the side doors where the staircases are located, then hopefully there is some wind and hopefully your not paranoid to leave your front door wide open to do so! AS the other person said, the views are wonderful, but at how much a price? Turnberrys! Why can't you sell cheaper,heh we can only dream.

This is a lovely complex. Formerly an office building, the apartments I viewed were huge. The views are to DIE for, with wraparound windows.
The drawbacks are:
1. The price. Come on. . .$1,250 a month for an apartment without windows that open?
2. Windows that don't open. How does one air out the apartment? No decks, no fresh air. Although I fell in love with the apt. I am looking elsewhere due to these two reasons.
