Date Visited: 03/05 - Bad
Mexican gangs occupy the complex. 4 murders in 5 months in the direct vicinity. 15 gang members live
in a 2 bedroom apartment. You can smell Meth Amphetamine and Razor blades found in the yard.
Thats after the manager, kathleen catanzaro took the gangs complaints about dog poop seriously. 6
razor blades were found in the grass where the dogs poop. Yet she does nothing about the gang
tagging all over property. The white residents tires being slashed, bottles broken all over complex. The
loud music from the mexican gang members constant honking and bass. The constant drug trafficking.
The damage to my dogs back paw (razors) and the reluctancy of management to do anything about it,
says this place is bias towards whites or any non mexican gang members. The maintenance people are
family with the gang members who pulled guns out on other nieghbors. The police have been out to
the complex many times and management refused to renew our lease simply because she "claimed to
see our dog poop on property"? I really would avoid this place. It has been a nightmare.
