The Owner is so !@@$#% stupid its like a dumb investment that he doesnt even know how to maintain maybe he didnt know what he was getting himself into but he is so rude when I first lived here a drug dealer managed the place she dd a swell job at maintaining all of the units though and she was good at it ill give her that . Then a drunk managed it and she wasnt even good enough to consider handing a check over to who would have ever thought and the owner isnt even reachable he is very rude thinks he is high and mighty to good to discuss living conditions with paying tenants untill i forced it upon him by getting the city health inspector and now the poor new manager who is the only hope the land lord has thank god for the poor little seventy year old man who runs around getting things done and very kind to he deserves way better and im sure he would get paid better to he does such a great job on his own so if you want to live here it is cheap 450 monthly but roaches and carpet is sticky like a nightmare when you cant run , and all the tenants know eachother its almost like melrose place except alot of traffick my neighbors consist of state cases crack heads crack dealers tweakers and hard working construction and electricians and even old hard working business men who have a daily schedule , Every one knows who i am and it scares me when my name is called and I say hi politely but I snap when people assume that im smoking crack or that I dont have a normal job and I really snap when guys insist on asking me if I want to go party with them (yeah hint hint ) NO IM NOT THE ONE and a few other of my neighbors that are like myself Brown sugar Lets call her } We like to be nice and help people out once in a while by saying get the @#$% out of my face with a smile and in a softer tone of voice than usual . But I can say that neighbors do a great job of keeping me out of trouble I used to get into trouble for having noise and friends over at apartments but now the neighbors have so many parties I dont ever have to worry about it . What is stupid is that there are about 30 units and on washer and one dryer and the stupid landlord wants it locked up at 6 pm every day I am about to take the freegin door off the hinges and burn it in a desert some where cuzz thats bullshit .GhettoFabulous and it makes the rest of the gawdawfull city such a wonderful place but really though it may be ghetto but nothing has happened to my things or me physically and I cant say that I have ever been safer believe it or not .(neighborhood watch)
