Palm Garden apartments has new management and has the place looking and feeling great. There may have been problems in the past but they have been rectified by good solid management.
The apartments have new paint, new carpet and many apartments now come with Ceramic tile floors. The A/C units are awesome with the Trane brand and the swimming pool always has sparkling blue water.
Gated courtyard and 50 to 60 foot palm trees.
They also have free cable tv and wireless internet on the premises.
This is a place convenient to downtown and the Las Vegas strip and with all the comforts of safety and peace that anyone would expect.

Although these apartments have nice big livingrooms and two bathrooms, it is infested with roaches, that are in the walls and come in through the windows and fall from the upper stories of the apartment complex and can be seen crawling up the palm trees outside of the apartments and there seem to be flees living in the grounds in the middle of the complex and the cats use it as a litter box. If you have kids they are not to play outside and neither are you allowed to "loiter" outside of your apartment. If you can hear music or the tv outside your window, or even just barely hear it, you are told to turn it either off or down. This is not to take in account that you will also live with the mold that has to be growing in the walls from "floods" in the livingroom ceilings, which also includes mushrooms growing on rugs... Plus you also have everyone renting at different prices. This place SUCKS ROYALLY!!!
