There is no on-site maintenance the swimming pool resembles the Black Lagoon getting thinks fixed is next to impossible signed disgruntled tenant

This property has come a long way. Last year May 2003, I visited this property and it was a total dump. Since my visit in July of 2004, there has been new management and the property is in working progress and you tell that the management staff is trying their best to keep this property at a decent value for its owner.
