I lived there for approx. 3 years. I have to say, that for the money, you definitely get the most in the way of amenities than any of the other apartments out there. Also, they have quite a few different floor plans to choose from. However, the management there is not the nicest and be careful they don't try to lie to you or screw you in any way. Always make sure you have everything in writing from them, including receipts. Other than that, though, I'd have to say that this was a great place to live. Very cute floorplans! Clean pools/jacuzzis/pets allowed/beautiful scenery/tennis courts/workout area/and all at VERY affordable prices to say the least. We had a two bedroom with a fireplace, garden style tub (full-sized) and two little bathrooms minus tub/shower connected to both sides of tub area (tub/shower room had two opposing doors, each leading to a seperate bathroom. Full-sized washer, dryer, microwave, etc. and with the option for patio or atrium/ dining area for $750.00 per month!! I don't know what their pricing is now, but I can tell you that we had previously lived at Gloria Park Villas on Decatur and Spring Mountain. Save your money, there! What a rip off!!!!! And for $900.00 plus dollars at the time a month!
