Date Visited: 07/06 - Bad
Therre is absolutely NOTHING positive I could say about this complex. Only one month after we moved
into this hell-hole, it was sold, and the new owner is without a doubt a "slum lord". He almost
immediately raised everyone's rent $75.00 per month, when the apartments were not worth what we
were paying before the slum lord took over. The grounds are
filthy, the dumpsters reek of urine from people throwing unbagged dirty diapers in. There is absolutely
no maintenance or security, and the management changed 6 times in the 2 years
we were there. Out of the 2 laundry rooms, someone ran their car into one it caught fire, and we only
had 1
functioning laundry room for about 6 months. The swamp coolers were non-functional for most of the
time we were there and the heat from the dryers in the summer months was almost unbearable.
I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy!!!!!!!
Oh, and BTW, a young man was murdered on the grounds only a week or so ago. Think you might want
to live there?????
We moved to Rancho Mirage apartments the 1st of August this year, and what a DIFFERENCE!!!! So far,
it's the opposite of the Ridgewood dump.
