I liked the complex so much I leased from them, The management is extreamly helpfull and always nice. The location gives quick access to many diffrent arias of town. The complex is quite with not many disturbances. I like it. Low Crime and low noise at a reasonable cost.

The management is extremely committed to their tenants' happiness. The complex is kept up very well, and although they are older apartments and the rent is cheaper than average, I'd say, they are an excellent value. Not the ShangriLa, but not a nasty dump, either. Location couldn't be better...near the center of town, but not close enough to any shady areas to be dangerous. Walking distance to two grocery stores, a mall, a block from a major bus route...everything you need. So if you don't have a vehicle, this is a good location. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Esmeralda when you call, and tell her Doug Boude sent you. She's one of the managers there...very nice, very pretty, very married ;0).
