Watch out!! Besides problems with appliances, grounds, maintenence, roaches, etc., I was robbed at gunpoint in my own home!! This place is very dirty, unkept and unsafe. DONT LIVE HERE!!

New management is Not the best it has gone down hill over the last 2 years. Every Appliance in my apartment either does not work right or is sub standard. The appliances are almost 20 years old. Over the past summer my AC unit broke down at least 10 times. Maintenance would come out and fix and with in a few days it was broken again. I would come home from work and find my wife and 10 year old son covered in sweat. I finally gave up on getting the AC fixed. The Roof had leaks yep they fixed it after a month or 2 from the rains, but they did not paint the wall or the ceiling. Oh yes my AC leaks in to the sink and actually ruined the ceiling above the sink because of the water in the dry wall. The neighbor down stairs has a dog who does his business on the porch so it smells like dog pee and pop and they do nothing about it. Kid run around all day and night making noise and know one cares. Parking is the worst, then any other apartment I have ever lived at. Oh yes and they raise the rent every year and nothing gets better. What do they do with the money they make here? Nothing to make the place a better place to live. The police are here at least once a week or more. They ticket people for expired plates but not for broken down cars, go figure. The heating and cooling is just worthless when it does work one room will be cool and the other will be like an oven. I could keep on going but why. When my house is finished I will move and never look back. I will for sure never recommend anyone to live here unless they really do some major chances in the place. Warning DO NOT MOVE IN HERE AT ALL!!!

I have lived here for a while and I feel safer here then when I lived next to
the AFB. I think the management is great, I have never had any problems
with them. I think they could maybe do a little updated painting on the
exterior, Other than that I like it.

Have lived here long time, has just gone down hill. Maintenance takes forever, and the management refuses to call out a contractor other than during business hours, no matter what your emergency is. Also maintenance almost never uses new parts, just parts from other run down units.
