dont live here if you do not want your life in danger. i lived there for almost 2yrs and when my lease came up i was out of there. constant drug activity,breakins,prostitution,and shootings. this complex is not safe for adults or children. after dark just stay in your apartment so you will not get hurt from the gangs that hang out there all nite..MANAGEMENT LEAVE AT 6PM SO THEY SEE NOTHING AND DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING. IF YOU EVER NEED METRO THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE.

There was a third drive by shooting last night here in the complex..
The last shooting, a man was mistaken for a gang member and was shot in the leg out front of his porch.
This complex is ran by the "Crip" gang and most live in the back of the complex causing problems with their enemy gang known as the "Bloods" who make visits to the complex shooting bullets into what ever building they can as long as they hit someone.
the gang members in this complex drive their cars like wild with the music so loud that your windows actually shake and most of the time you hear the music at night when you are trying to sleep.
Stores are robbed next to the complex almost nightly and the suspects hide in the complex from the police causing the police to surrond the area with guns drawn. Living in this complex is taking a nasty chance at servival.

I have lived in the complex for almost 2 1/2 yrs and when the California Corporation bought out the management company the maintenance and upkeep has gone down hill in a hurry. The Laundry mat that is attached to building 9 has been broke for over a month now. Very unacceptable!!!! The security WHAT SECURITY? My lease it up in August of this yr and I am bailing and well never recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemies.

We have lived here for over a year and have watched in horror as the complex has degenerated into a Ghetto. Trash is strewn from one end of the complex to the other, teenagers run wildly through the complex, assaulting others, threatening and stealing. Strongarm robberies, burglaries, domestic violence, and drug deals take place on a regular basis. The "secure" gated area is so easlit bypassed by the numerous broken rails in the fence, and the gate is typically broken half the time. Security, who issupposed to make rounds is NEVER seen. Metro has responded and called this the worst complex in the east part of town. Management is not interested in the problems, but collection of the rent. One employee of the complex physically threatened a child who was walking her dog (on a leash as required) because the dog barked. This is a dive, STAY AWAY if you want peace quiet and a descent place to raise children.
