First off I would like to note that the Redhead is no longer there. The office staff is WONDERFUL! They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They made my move from out of state as easy as possible.

Quality of life in this complex is non-existant. This once beautiful complex has turned into a getto for Hookers, pimps & drug dealer. I won't mention the leasing agent's name ( The British Red Head) leases to anyone with a pulse. She is successful in running out the longtime renters for new meat for commission ( cha- chang $$$$). Complaining to her is like talking to a deaf-mute. So if you are a drug dealer, pimp or maybe a hooker go see the Red Head, she will lease to you no questions asked for a piece of the action.
If you have a family...stay away....community is poison

It's not that this place is bad, but they are starting to go downhill. They used to have a security guard patrol the place, but they no longer do. Last week, they closed the back pool due to vandalism. Instead of cleaning it up, they decided to punish all the tenants and claim that it would be closed until they had a suspect. The major problem here is that parents are letting their kids run around at all hours. Message to all parents in the world: DO YOUR JOB AS A PARENT. Anyways the apartment isn't bad, considering it's age. The maintenance does a good job of responding pretty quick. The only other complaint I have is that there is a homeless person searching the dumpsters here all the time. He doesn't bother anyone (actually he's quite nice), but it doesn't leave me with a good feeling.

Safety and Appearance are Good. NEW management took over in May. LOTS better than the old guys! Appearance and safety have improved greatly. They now have a nightly patrol service - granted it's an unarmed guy in golf cart, but hey, at least someone's keep an eye on the joint. They're nice apt.'s for the price, set back off of Sahara so you get a lil' bit away from the traffic, though Sahara is a B**ch to drive down everyday. But it's a very convenient location and a fairly good overall value. Just don't be a DAY late on rent - these folks ain't messin' around!!

The security for this complex is non-exsistant,vandlism is high, management does nothing to correct this problem managerment treats tentants unfair and management violates fair housing laws, complex is dirty and unfriendly. mamagement degrades tenants with insults and written threats.
