When I lived there the best aspect was the heated year round pool and the landscape. However there were always police helicopters over our apts. My neighbors were loud at all hours of the night and they never dod anything about it. Then my opposite neighbor tried to force his way into my apartment and they said they would move ME instead of him and didn't give him a violation/warning or anything. That was right at the end of my lease so we opted to move because my children did not feel safe. Also, that "security gate" is a joke! It is broken more than half of the time!

I have rented at Silver Stream for nine months and cannot wait until my lease is up so I can leave. They claim it is a gated community but it is not. It is not a safe place to live. So far my apartment has been burglarized and my car vandalized twice. Check it out for yourself: www.silverstreamapartments.com.

We lived here for a year and really liked this complex, the people were pretty friendly despite the fact we went through hard times and had slow pays on the rent a few times. The complex has a heated pool and jacuzzi in the front and we used to swim in it in January in the evenings it was so warm. Kids loved it, not a bad deal at all.
