The old management was great and would follow the state laws of children 14yrs and above could swim without being babysat by an adult at the pool and Olen Properties were a great place to live and fun too. But now that new management is in they changed the rules without telling their renters that you have to babysit all kids at the pool even if they are 17 until they turn 18. If they had told me this before I signed another lease I would not have rented for it used to be a fun property to live at now all of Olen Properties are becoming set more for the older communities and not for families. Yet most of all other apts in Las Vegas do allow teens from 14yrs and up to swim without an adult it is only Olen Properties that do not. Beware before you sign for if you can't be there with your teens at the pool then you can't allow them to have fun in the 120 degree weather and I feel it is a waste of money to have a pool your kids can't use.
