Date Visited: 03/04 - Bad
I've been living in the Spring Palms for 3 months now. Spring Palms, Spring Meadows, Spring Gardens and Spring Oaks are all exacty the same and run by the same people, neighboring each other. Every few days the water will go out for one or two hours, it'll just stop working. They're only excuse is "its an old building". It's been happening for 3 months and I've given up on the problem ever getting fixed, I'm just going to have to deal with it. They will tow your car for any reason they can think of then charge you $200 to get it back, even when they admit they made a mistake in towing it, and if you think you'd get credit toward the next months rent, forget about it. One day my toilet ceased to function, I personally went down to the office to tell them and they told me someone would be there right away. Hours later, which was about 5 minutes before they closed, I called them and then went back to the office asking if the problem could be fixed before they closed, so I'd have a bathroom to use. At first they said they were about to close so there was nothing they could do, but after some persistance, they agreed to have someone look at it. He worked on it for about 15 minutes and told me he'd be right back, he had to go get a part. He never came back. The next day I called and visited the office all day, still couldn't get anyone over. Finally the next day someone finally came and fixed the toilet. I went a total of 48 hours with no toilet, I had to go to the grocery store across the street when I needed to go! The place isn't work it, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!
