NEVER MOVE TO THIS PLACE,NEVER!!!
1.WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN, I SAW SOMEONE MOVING OUT,HE ONLY STAYED A MONTH, HE DOES CARE IF THE APARTMENT COMPLEX WILL SUE HIM OR NOT,'CAUSE HE CAN'T TOLERATE IT ANYOMRE.
2.TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET MAILBOX KEY.
3.CAR GOT TOWED,PAID FEE BY MYSELF,EXACTLY AS THAT MENTIONED IN THE 1ST RATING COMMENT.
4.COCKROACH,WE KILLED HUNDREDS OF THEM IN ABOUT HALF YEAR.
5.NO WATER EVERY COUPLE WEEKS
6.TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT,STUPID STAFFS,THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.YOU CAN ALWAYS SEE PEOPLE ARGUEING WITH THEM OR STAY IN A LINE WATING FOR ARGUING WITH THEM.
7.THEY PUT ME IN COLLECTION LIST 7 MONTHS AFTER I MOVED OUT,EVEN WE LEFT OUR NEW ADDRESS+CELL NUMBER WITH THEM WHEN WE MOVED.I CALL THEIR OFFICE DURING THEIR BUSSINESS HOUR,THEIR ANSWERING MACHING SAID I NEED CALL BACK DURING THEIR BUSSINESS HOUR,DON'T KNOW WHEN?
8.ALL WHEELS OF MY NEW CAR GOT STOLEN, CAR LOGO GOT STOLEN IN NEXT FEW WEEKS, A COUPLE TOLD US THEIR VAN PARKED AT THEIR FRONT DOOR, WAS STOLEN TOO.
9.GLAD TO FIND THIS RATING WEBSITE TO HELP MORE PEOPLE AWARE THIS TERRIBLE PLACE.

I can verify everything that artimusclydefr0g -at- hotmail.com said in his rating. This complex is actually known as Spanish Harlem. Another ghetto brought to you by Steve Miller. I would recommend that you run (not walk) away from this place as quickly as possible or you will be sorry. When I moved in here I was told that there could only be 2 people living in any apartment per bedroom. However above me there are 8 Mexicans living in a 2 bedroom apartment. They don't speak English and they are apparently deaf as they insist on playing that cheesy Mexican music full blast 24/7. The management won't do anything about either problem. I'll be moving out as soon as my lease is up, sooner if I can find a way to break the lease.
What artimusclydefr0g -at- hotmail.com forgot to mention is the cockroach infestation problem. I don't know what insectiside they pretend to spray around here but it seems to make them breed faster. On my way out I'll be calling the BBB, the Health Department and the INS.

I've been living in the Spring Palms for 3 months now. Spring Palms, Spring Meadows and Spring Oaks are all exacty the same and run by the same people, neighboring each other. Every few days the water will go out for one or two hours, it'll just stop working. They're only excuse is "its an old building". It's been happening for 3 months and I've given up on the problem ever getting fixed, I'm just going to have to deal with it. They will tow your car for any reason they can think of then charge you $200 to get it back, even when they admit they made a mistake in towing it, and if you think you'd get credit toward the next months rent, forget about it. One day my toilet ceased to function, I personally went down to the office to tell them and they told me someone would be there right away. Hours later, which was about 5 minutes before they closed, I called them and then went back to the office asking if the problem could be fixed before they closed, so I'd have a bathroom to use. At first they said they were about to close so there was nothing they could do, but after some persistance, they agreed to have someone look at it. He worked on it for about 15 minutes and told me he'd be right back, he had to go get a part. He never came back. The next day I called and visited the office all day, still couldn't get anyone over. Finally the next day someone finally came and fixed the toilet. I went a total of 48 hours with no toilet, I had to go to the grocery store across the street when I needed to go! The place isn't work it, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!
