I have lived in this complex for over 4 yrs...in this time the management has changed hands several times...the amenities such as pool and gym are not kept in working order. The equipment in the so called gym has not been in working order sinse I moved in and last year the pool remained closed for several months. My van was broken into and the thiefs stole my things...my radio...and destroyed the van trying to start it. When I told management they said this is a high crime area and nothing they can do. There is no security here. They have however just once again raised the rent. I am forced to pay an increase of $30 a month to stay and that is with a year lease. However the property itself is going down hill fast. When I called the office today to discuss this with them I was told and I quote "the ementities are not part of your rent and I don't care if you stay or not." I am outraged by this!!!
