what do you jerks expect?!?!? it's circus circus for krists sake! it's supposed to be cheesy. have some fun. get on the rotating bar, have a few drinks in ya, and watch the show from there. who the hell wants to sit in the stands with crying kids, with dirty little ice cream hands, anyways!

You wait 40 mins for each act and there is limited seating which fills up as soon as the last act is over. Then the act itself lasts a few mins. We only saw juggling. Definitely not worth the trip there and wait and the crowds. This is a hotel for those with kids and not those who want to enjoy their time.

It wasnt the big theatrical show I thought it was going to be, but it's free! The shows play every half hour and it's just one act that lasts about 3 mins. The performers were great, but I wish they'd have one big circus where all the acts can perform.

It was fun but it only lasted a few minutes. I only saw three acts but they were pretty good the longest one lasted 10 minutes and the shortest was 3 minutes. The act deserved and 8/10 but the surroundings only got a 6 and that is being generous. The midway had a good layout but it was very SMOKEY and there was no room to sit unless you got there 30 minutes before the act. They didn't have many seats and that took away from the act because you couldnt see unless you had a seat. There was also very little standing room because they pushed all the midway games right up to the wall and the effect was that you couldnt see over them to see the circus acts. Overall it was good but the circus act area needed to be changed. WORTH SEEING IF YOU ONLY HAD THE TIME NOTHING SPEACIAL BUT IT WAS FREE!

I have been visiting Circus Circus since 1998 and though i've seen many people complaining about the midway acts, i dont think they checked out the entire place. Alot people dont even know that there are 2 buildings. The main casino is the one that has the Circus acts, while the other side has the Adventuredome where the amusement rides are. The clowns are fun to watch, especially Little Scotty Linker with his steel drum and crazy antics, Josh with his water gun fight with an unsuspecting audience member, Dave with his chinese yo yo tricks, Huel with his juggling expertise, and Benny with his magical B.B.Q. The clowns also perform at the Adventuredome for free performance shows at 12pm, 1pm, 3pm, and 4pm with additional shows on weekends in the evening hours. The midway acts, while seating is hard to find, are worth the free performances as well. You have Rejan St. Jules who does this amazing juggling with balls, and he does something extra special with these balls on a piano. You have the husband/wife team who does this spectacular costume switch. You have another team with a contortionist, and the trapeze artists, and some other great performances by some great talent. Folks, remember even though Circus Circus is a casino, its one of the places on the strip that kids can actually go and have a good time. So for those of you who would rather not be where the kids are, there are plenty of casino's that are practically kid free, so folks, let the kids enjoy and have fun!!!

Hey, it's free entertainment and for those on a budget or if you've got kids... it's a great way to get out of the heat and kill half an hour.

The quality of the performance depends on the act performing. We saw some talented acrobatics, but a clown performer was pretty bad. Don't come here just for this.

it would be good if there was enough room for everyone to actually see the circus acts... had to stand in a crowed isle

Lame, only seen the acts because when the high rise guy missed and hit the net all the dust fell into the $1 slot carousel. I guess the management doesn't really care about the slot players below?

As with Circus Circus in general, beware of kids dumped off while parents gamble. It's hard to find a seat, it's crowded to stand, and so many of the people are rude. The acts would be great if you didn't have to deal with the rest. We saw several when we visited in March and thought we'd try again on this visit. After a few minutes, we left. It's just not worth fighting the mob. For first timers, I would say to see it. It is free, after all. But once is enough.

Every time we are in Las Vegas, we visit Circus Circus to check out the free circus acts and take a tour of the Midway. Always entertaining, but get your seats early, or you'll have a tough time seeing anything. (Security keeps the walkways open at all times).

NEEDS MORE SEATING AND NEEDS TO LAST MORE THAT 7 MINUTES PER SHOW. TO SIT WITH 3 CHILDREN TO WAIT FOR A 7 MIN. SHOW IS A LITTLE TACKY. OTHER WISE YOU HAVE TO STAND OUTSIDE THE RING AND IF YOU ARE NOT FIRST AT THE RAIL YOU CAN NOT SEE.

the animal acts are awsome

It's hard to complain because it's free! It's really hard to get a seat, I usually end up sitting on some stairs, unless you want to have a long wait between short acts and get there early. Cute for kids, they like it.
