The Neon Museum officially "opened" with the installation of its first refurbished sign, The Hacienda Horse and Rider, on November 15, 1996 at the intersection of Las Vegas Blvd. and Fremont Street. Today ten refurbished signs can be seen 24 hours a day 7 days a week in outdoor "galleries". I was impressed. I didn't even know this place was here. ApparentlyI wasn't the only one because I had the whole placeto myself. I think they should advertise because they've got a lot of great stuff in there.
