Pinball Hall of Fame
3330 E. Tropicana, Las Vegas NV 89121
The Pinball Hall of Fame is an attempt by the members of the Las Vegas Pinball Collectors Club to house and display the world's largest pinball collection, open to the public. A not-for-profit corporation was established to further this cause. The games belong to one club member (Tim Arnold), and range from 1950s up to 1990s pinball machines.
4500 square feet is dedicated to the Pinball Hall of Fame, where the entire family can enjoy non-violent pinball arcade games for small dinero. All machines are available for play, so not only can you see them, you can actually play your old favorites. The pinball machines are all restored to like-new playing condition by people that love pinball and understand how a machine should work. All older pinballs are set to 25 cents per play, and newer 1990s models are set to 50 cents per play.
Since it is a non-profit museum, older games from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s are the prevelant, as this was the "heyday" of pinball. There are no "ticket spitters" here (aka kiddie casinos or redemption). It's all pure pinball (and a few arcade novelty games) from the past.

I like the eccentric and the quirky when I travel. My stop to the PHOF was part of day that also included
Liberace, Elvis and Wayne Newton. While no one at the PHOF kissed me(!), it was great. Could've stayed
all day as teh pinball junkie I am. Machines from my childhood and many I had never seen shared the
floor with my all-time favorite (Addam's Family - which was never open during my visit as one guy was
on a real roll). An unclassifiable machine (and for these folks that is saying something) with spanish
directions and awesome graphics was my fave. Didn't get to meet Tim, but let me assure you he is
doing God's work here :) Will be back with more quarters when i'm in Vegas again. Maybe I can then
figure out how to play machine with no flippers!!

- Good This place is great!!! If you're into old school arcade games and pinball machines, this place is perfect for you. Great for kids, too. None of the machines cost more than fifty cents to play. I was here for over an hour on $2.00. FANTASTIC!!!!
