BEWARE VISION AIR & GRAND CANYON TOUR CO.
The Grand Canyon itself was spectacular. If you go, do NOT book through Grand Canyour Tour Co or use Vison Air or any of their affiliates. We were picked up at our hotel at 8:00 AM & taken to the small airport in north Vegas where we waited with about 150 other people for our plane to depart. at 11:30 we finally boarded the plane for the trip to the Grand Canyon. once at the Canyon we were told to be back at the gift shop by 3:00 for our ride back to the airport. after 3 and a half hours of waiting at the gift shop for our plane to pick us up it finally showed. no one from Vision Air or Grand Canyon Tour co will return my 6 phone calls about why the plane was late or provide us with anything for our inconvenience. we got our credit card statement yesterday. we were charged for 3 people on the card taking the trip instead of for just the 2 of us.
Had the tour been inexpensive, I guess I might understand, but it was high and I expected better service Grand Canyon Tour Co.
