Las Vegas Springs Preserve

Month Visited: 11/08 - Undecided
It's very expensive to enter here to see everything so try to find a coupon as most people entering that day had some kind of coupon in hand. They've tried hard to make this into a great museum experience but it somewhat falls short, probably because it just costs so much for entry and so there are high expectations. Origin experience goes through the history of the LV valley area from ancient to modern. Desert living is about renewable energy and conservation. They were building a new Nevada state museum here but not open for another year or so. Overall I have mixed feelings on recommending this to people to visit. As for the trails, not really that exciting since this museum is in an urban area (don't be fooled) just has a lot of real estate. Opposite of the large Meadows shopping mall in case you're wondering.
