Bring back the old pirate battle. the old pirate battle was fun and you could watch it every time you walked by treasure island and never get bored. The only thing the new one offers is women and guys is skimpy clothing. You can see that at any point on the strip and you don't have to wait? Las Vegas is full of that. Treasure island screwed up a good thing.

The Best Captain Mac: One of the performers who regularly plays Captain Mac is a million times better than the other 2. He is a superb actor, and on the nights he is performing he makes the show. The other two “Captains “ are very pedestrian by comparison, they look like they were sourced from Home Depot, and the show does not come alive when they play the Captain.

We really enjoyed Sirens of TI, so much so we saw it several times. The story line was excellent, cleverly thought out. The cast were very good, as was the music. For us Sirens of TI was the best thing in Las Vegas

The old "pirates" show was great - interesting and exciting story about the battle between the pirate ship and the British frigate. This Sirens of TI show is just bad - poorly written, poorly acted, and.... what's with throwing all that white paint on the ship?

The show was adult themed & had adult humor that wasn't appropriate for the young aged children present. Lots of booty slapping & shaking & boob references plus whipping the male pirates & tying them up. Perhaps that goes over the kid's heads though? We got there 30 minutes early (not hotel guests) & only got ok standing spots (on the risers along the road by the Siren ship). Couldn't really see the dancers faces, but could hear & get the gist of it. Unfortunately it was so crowded we had no choice but to stay for all of it. Having seen it once I won't be going back again.

Our first time to Vegas,we had a blast. The sirens show at TI was very entertaianing and well worth the 15 min we had to wait to watch the show. Show up alittle early to get a good spot on the strip to watch the show. Probably the best spot is on the deck leading into the casino,that way you can see both pirate ships in the show. See ya next year.

You have to get there early and if you don't you will be standing in a crowd of people straining to see over each other. The sirens are nothing more than scantily clad women lip syncing...a sure miss unless you are into that. The pirates are fully pirate clothed men lip syncing. The special effects are just okay, a few explosions, a mock sinking, and over in a flash. There are way better free things to do.

The old show was good, this is show is just stupid. Don't waste your time in a swarm of impatient observers... There are far too many better (free) things to do in Las Vegas.

I definitely feel like this show was good considering the price tag (i.e. free). Of course it was kind of cheesy and not exactly appropriate for children but the fireworks and pyrotechnics were kind of cool and since we were staying at the T.I. we got front row access to the show. Overall pretty decent for a free show on the strip.

I thought I was great my kids loved it they could not keep there eyes off of the show I think is the best show on the strip.....I think the pirates are so hot especially Arius the first pirate caught by the sirens..

The negative comments are a bit perplexing to me. This is a FREE multi-million dollar production show. You normally pay about a $1 per minute for most larger production shows in Las Vegas. Therefore, I'll take a $15 free any day. More importantly, the music, dancing, costumes, lighting, sound systems, sets and pyrotechnics are all very high quality. I understand how some may have preferred the older "yo-ho-ho and a bottle of rum" pirates, but this show and attraction are amazing consider the cost (i.e. FREE!). I would suggest it's a PG-13 type of show, but definitely something most people (even young teenagers) would enjoy.

If you are looking for a pirate show, you will have to look elsewhere. This show has too much "booty" not enought swashbuckling...Come on...where are the sword fights? The rowdy priates? Just a bunch of Britney Spears wanna-bes...

We tried to watch the Sirens show only to have it cancelled by "technical reasons". the actual reason was they were filming Oceans Thirteen across the street and couldn't do it because of that!

The show was the ONLY reason I went to the strip that night as I was staying off the strip!

I'm sure the shows were cancelled for the rest of my trip due to high winds anyway, so I never went back!

The original pirate show was a lot of fun but the sirens are pretty lame.

The only good thing about this show was the one sequence of pyrotechnics that were used in the beginning of the show. Other than that it was a pre-recorded show that only was there to showcase the newest and least talented T&A that the Treasuse Island entertainment moguls could find in Las Vegas. The plot was bad and the acting was worse. There were very few stunts and too many bad wanna-be pop songs. Again, with a free show you get what you pay for.

Interesting special effects, the ships and background were neat, the "plot" was pretty much non-existant. Huge crowds still attend, this is worth seeing once if you are in the area. It is a free show, which makes it much more palatable. Get there 15-20 minutes early unless you are very tall and can see over crowds. Pretty much a PG rated show. Would be much better if they could persuade Johnny Depp to make a cameo!

I am undecided about the Sirens of TI. I agree with everyone else that it is a haphazard affair, poorly thrown together, with the cheeziest dialogue imaginable. I never tried to shield my children from the facts of life so since the girls did have 'some' clothes on I didn't feel as if the show was inappropriate for them. The pyrotechnics and the sinking ships were great which redeemed the show to some degree. Bottom line is its a FREE show. If I had paid to see this I would be 'screaming' for my money back. It is indeed nothing compared to the previous show. Whereas I could have seen the old show every year I came back to the strip... with this show once is definitely enough unless I happened to be visiting Vegas with someone who hadn't seen it. Here is my advice: If you have never seen the show, see it once just for the experience. Try going on an offseason weeknight if possible to avoid huge holiday crowds and time it to where you only have to wait ten minutes or less to see the show. The crowds can get intense so if you find yourself being pushed and shoved too much then leave and try again later in the night or the next day. The show is definitely not worth getting hassled over it.

Good show, but mostly for adults. Dancing, special effects, and scantily clad men and women. Nothing sexual or obscene about the show though. If you are staying at Treasure Island, you get a VIP section to view the show. If not, get there early to see it to get a good spot. Else, be prepared to be looking over a lot of people. The show/stage is NOT elevated, so most of the performers are on the same level as the audience.
Kids MIGHT enjoy it, for the special effects and dancing. But be prepared for the attire of the performers.

This show does not even deserve a thumbs down! Do yourself favor,don't waste your time. The old pirate battle was much better.

i loved the show it was amazing. i wish i could have been closer. also love that one of the sirens has my name eve.

very unorganized outside. although there is special seating for guests, the seats aren't all that great. show wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. not for small kids.

This attraction had its ups and downs. I am 14, so I enjoyed the show. What I found disturbing is the fact that there were kids that were under twelve there. This show was redone to attract adults and teenagers is pushing it. It is only human nature for a guy to like the show, but TI needs to set an age limit or limit the burlesqueness of the show.

Some good looking young women can't make up for how BAD this is when compared to the old show.

It's too bad that the "brains" at Treasure Island choose to change the old pirate show for this second-rate high school T&A show. To waste the best props on the strip for this garbage makes the viewer feel like they have had their time wasted. Go back to the old show! While you're at it go back to your old name and change that yogurt store looking sign back to a respectful looking pirate sign.

A half hour diversion from your loosing streak. Filled with stunning amazons & amorous pirates. It ain't Broadway but hey, it's free.

Ok. I portray a pirate Captain in midwestern Renaissance festival style events in an entertainment guild known as "The Blue Gryphon Buccaneers". We try hard to portray our piratical personas as fun and/but as "realistic" as possible.

This was my first trip to Las Vegas. Our honeymoon actually. I had heard so much about Treasure Island and the FREE show in their lagoon. I was excited and couldn't wait to see the attraction. Damn. The old show (which I'd never seen) was replaced by the "Sirens of TI". Hmmm. How bad could it be? It's still a "pirate show" right?

Scantly clad females/sirens DID NOT make up for the fact that the show was chock full of incredibly bad dialogue and bad lip-synching. All the flash and glam can not make up for the show. It was, in essence, quite stupid.

The only saving grace is that it is a FREE show and the staging area that looks like a "port" and the ships themselves, as props, were WAY COOL! But I can only imagine how I would feel after paying for tickets to that fiasco.

TI is a great resort. I intend to stay there this December on my return trip. I will, however, skip the show this time.
