This habitat is different from other types of dolphin shows. It's not a show with dolphins, more like a home or training place. Sometimes you will see dolphins do "tricks" however nothing is scripted. I thought the price was too high.

Very nice place to view and learn about the dolphins. Im mixed about whether this is suitable for children. You cant touch the dolphins, and there are no "shows" (the dolphins dont do tricks or anything). But as an adult, I very much enjoyed myself and learned a lot.

A great escape from the STRIP. Dolphins were fun to watch and got some great photos. Just happened to be there when the trainers were interacting/feeding them. Great price and worth the money. Would go back next trip without question.

Very good thing to do to get out of the casino. It was really nice to be able to sit by the pool with a drink and watch the dolphins. I really enjoyed it.

The Dolphin Habitat was really nice and was at a decent price. The close up encounter with the dolphins added to the experience. It took about 45minutes to an hour to go through but it is worth it. The dolphins were energetic everything was kept clean. If you like sea animals this is one place to go besides Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay.

Very nice, we came here in the morning when there was about twenty people, don't go in the later hours when there's two hundred screaming kids. We even spent lunch here, the food was cheap, & good, but still basic, like a hot dog and chips. The dolphin habitat is the most humane one I've ever seen, other than the ocean, the dolphins are not trained, but the play sessions were very entertaining, well worth the money. Go and see it, especially if you hate the hussle and bussle of the strip, but why would you?

The dolphins were cute, and the staff was knowledgeable. I was rather disappointed though; we had read the reviews on this site before we left, and had expected to be able to interact with the dolphins. You can't reach over the wall and touch the dolphins or their toys. One of the dolphins would hit/push the ball over to the edge where we were standing, but we weren’t aloud to play catch with it. It was fun to watch them swim around and play with the ball, but it got boring quickly.

The rest of Seigfried and Roy’s Secret Garden was pretty, and I am glad that they do so much to help the animals, but I couldn’t help but think that they looked very bored. I doubt I would bother going back.

I loved the dolphins. We got to see the dolphins interacting...they waved, did flips and worked well with the trainers. I think it was worth the $15.

Good to go and see once... probably wouldn't go back though. It was extremely hot when we went, and the entire attraction is outside on hot concrete. The dolphins were cute... they say they don't do tricks, just "interact"... but they looked like tricks to me. $12 per person, so you might want to skip it if you're on a tight budget... but it was a nice break.

You can get very close to the dolphins here, about 8 total in 3 tanks. Relaxing getaway from the casinos, but this place takes your money, too.

This is not a dolphin show if that's what you are expecting. But you can sit by the pools as long as you like and play with the dolphins which we really enjoyed very much. Very relaxing atmosphere and fun. Underwater viewing is also good.

I thought this was boring. It was like going to the zoo - all the animals were asleep. The dolphins were okay but not as good as Seaworld.

(We visited May 03 but there was no 03 on the website)

This exibit is completely outside and it was 95degrees out when we went. Don't go if it's Hot!!! It was awful. Seeing th Dolphins was fun and that was it. A one time only trip. DO NOT GO TO THE SECRET GARDEN EXIBIT. Boring. Possibly if you have kids or are really into lions. Otherwise for Young adults seeing vegas don't waste your Mula on this!! Go to the RIo and ride the Maswuerade Village Parade Float!

It was absolute fun! It is exactly what you need to escape from the Strip. It is worth the price of admission. I wouldn't recommend it for children under the age of 4-5 because its not a petting zoo and they might not understand that. The Mirage actually puts a portion of their profits into this so its not cheaply run like a lot of Zoos. Its a state of the art facility.

Very nice exhibit with knowledgeable keepers answering questions. A baby dolphin had been born a week before our visit and the tiny baby was swimming around with its mother. Very Cute! 3 pools with different groups of dolphins, also an underwater viewing area. They are not trained to do tricks, but most of them were doing natural behaviors like splashing and jumping, without being coaxed. They seemed very happy and playful.

TO SEE JUST THE DOLPHINS IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY, THERE ARE NO SHOWS BUT YOU CAN SIT BY THE SIDE OF THE POOL AND PLAY WITH THEM. THEY ALL HAVE THEIR FAVOURITE TOYS USUALLY BALLS WHICH THEY THROW OUT AT YOU AND WANT YOU TO THROW THEM BACK, BUT MY FAVOURITE TRICK WE SAW WAS A DOLPHIN WHO HAD A FRISBIE, CARRIED IT ROUND WITH HIS FLIPPER AND SOMETIMES TWIZZLED IT ON HIS NOSE - SUPER. THEN TO MAKE IT BETTER YOU COULD SEE WHITE TIGERS AND LIONS, ELEPHANTS , BLACK PANTHERS PLUS MORE.

This was great and a restful break from the rat race of the Strip. The dolphins were great to watch and I appreciate the fact that they are allowed to interact with their human caretakers without being made to perform. The wildlife exhibit was very well done with the animals taken very good care of it is obvious. I hear that the animals are rotated and the "off-duty" animals taken to Siegfrid and Roy's ranch so the same animals are not always confined to a realitively small space. The whole exhibit is inspiring in that the theme emphasises man as caretakers of the earth and the animals that inhabit it. Well worth the price of admission.

Well worth the admission for two people. It was informative and entertaining with so many photo opportunities. If you go on a weekend watch out for the strollers and small children running wild (*Please, parents...there are adults to see this exhibit as well-don't use your strollers as battering rams or allow your children to run around bumping into people...we paid just as much to see this exhibit as you did*). A great escape from the casinos-especially on a hot day.

It was broiling hot the day we went, so we didn't stay as long as we would have liked to because the area surrounding the pools isn't particularly shaded, but the habitat was wonderful. The animals are clearly well cared for and the dolphins are a delight. If you're lucky, one might even play ball with you. This a great place for kids, although the $10 charge is a little steep.

One of the best attractions in Las Vegas. Try to go when it's not crowded. If you're lucky, you'll get a chance to 'play ball' with a dolphin. The video of the birth of a dolphin is also fascinating. Another attraction where you can move at your own pace, and stay as long as you like. A nice change of pace. Will go again.

I absolutely loved this attraction. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable!
The Dolphins are excellent. They seem to really enjoy people. This is one attraction where you don't have to see the Dolphins totaly behind glass,or they
are made to do tricks all the time. You can tell that the Mirage takes really
good care of these creatures.I would definately go back and see this attraction again. Only $10.00 what a deal!

My visit was in 2003 but there is no 03 so I put 02. This was an excellent exhibit. It would be especially great for kids (whom my girlfriend and I saw a lot of) but we had just as much fun. Its a little bit pricey, but when you get in, its well worth it. Try and stay for an interaction - that can be a blast. The Secret garden wasn't as good as this, but it was good nonetheless. You can tell that the animals are well cared for, which is great.
