I liked it. Unfortunately there was no scheule to be found so we didn't see the Queen music one that's advertised. We saw the dream video which was cute, but not what I really wanted. The street vendors are entertaining to walk thru & see what's happening. Good people watching as well. And the bands that were playing sounded good--people were dancing in the street.

Boring. Light show only for the easily amused. I'd rather sit back and watch the 10pm news on TV that go through that! Music can be very loud and is of poor selection so if you hate it, you run out like a bat out of h*ll; why force this on us? Some very shady characters lurking around despite police presence. Downtown just sucks.

I had been to Vegas twice before, but never watched the Fremont Experience. We stayed for two shows. The first one was "American Pie" by Don McClane - very good presentation and entertaining - people cheered at the end. However the 2nd one was complete Bu11sh1t - nothing but a 7 minute commercial for LG set to some crappy music - nothing but LG logo's flashing everywhere - people hated it and many even booed at the end. I wanted to see the Queen medley, but after the LG debacle, we watched the street band for a few minutes and left. It is something you should experience in Vegas at least once. I loved it (American Pie), then hated it (LG).

The light show was unexpectedly nice, although the airplane theme was a little much if you're not into planes...
The night we were there a wonderful jazz saxophone player entertaind the crowd. He was was great. I regret not buying one of his CDs or noting his name so I can buy one now. I'd really like to know who he was.

See the light show, then get outta there by midnight!

This was my 3rd time to Vegas, but my first time to make it to Downtown. I was impressed by the show...particularly since it was free. Awsome show. And, while we were waiting for the next show, my mom won $1000 on quarter slots at Binions, and that was REALLY nice.

If I have any complaint at all about Fremont St. Exp., it would be a minor one about the "country & western" themed show we saw, but that's just me. I am from Texas, and definitely NOT part of the "hick set". I go to Vegas to get away from all that country & western cowboy b.s., not to see more of it. But, like I said, that is purely personal opinion. I know lots out there love that stuff.

Always fun to see the super graphic light show spectacular. Each one is different. Money saver too...keeps you out of the 4 Queens. LOL.

The best free attraction in Las Vegas - we go every time we visit Vegas and this time there just happened to be a bike show there as well. If you're staying on the strip use the Deuce bus to get there - it's a very comfortable double decker coach and costs just $2 to get there, much better than the trolley bus which is uncomfortable and you have to change at the Stratosphere to get there.

if you go to las vegas, you MUST see the "Experience". it's free and lasts about 5 minutes. go later in the evening for the best people watching. only in vegas. . . .

For all the techonology used to produce this show it was the worst experience we had in Las Vegas. You definitely get what you pay for with this show...oh wait, that's probably why it's free. Do yourself a favor and stick with the strip!

I LOVE FREMONT STREET! This is old school Vegas, people. Don't go carting your kids around -- they don't need to see the strippers at Glitter Gulch, or sit outside Mermaids or La Bayou while adults gamble/drink. The lightshow is only part of the fun -- the EXPERIENCE is spending time walking freely from casino to casino. (...can't do that on the strip without a taxi!). Security is very good. My husband and I stay downtown at each Vegas trip (4-5 times per year) and enjoy the safety and freedom. We can separate and actually say things like "I'm gonna go over to Main Street Station" -- the beauty of it is, when my husband gets there he can actually find me without using the cell phone or mapquest. *HA* Downtown is where it is at, folks. Same Vegas fun (gambling & alcohol) in a more kicked back atmosphere. I'd like to recommend the website www.cheapovegas.com to all of you. Great, honest reviews and loads of fun to read. ...and I don't even get paid to tell you that, I'm just a loyal fan. ROCK ON, FOLKS.

Wow the only thing in Vegas that was a let down. We left the strip to see this awesome free show according to all the comments. They lied!!! It was 10 minutes late and so lame. It was some spoof on aliens landing in Vegas give me a break don't was your time on Freemont stay on the strip were it's not run down or dirty.

This is very nice to see once. Even though we go there every year we visit. It's a little out of the way, you have to drive or take some transportation. The area is just way run down and all sorts of characters hang around so when we go there, we know we're just looking at the light show and leave. It can be a little waste for some people who are short on time and don't have their own transportation. It also depends on what they're showing. This year we saw a bunch of gils dancing. It was a little bit of a let down even by guy standards.

Our group spent 7/3/05 on Fremont Street and had a blast. The Fremont Street Experience has gone from 2,000,000+ lights in 2002 when I last saw it to 12,000,000+ today. WOW, what a difference. I rank this as one of the top two FREE attractions in Las Vegas today, along with the Fountains at the Bellagio. The Experience is shown at the top of each hour after dark. This provides one with a needed break each hour from the tables/machines. Berlin was also doing a free concert and this just added to the fun downtown.

Always a treat for first timers to Las Vegas. Downtown has improved quite a bit over the years making this a must see if you go to Las Vegas.

If you have not seen this it is amazing. It is a Vegas "MUST SEE"! I would recomend watching at Fitzgerlald's, they have a Balcony on the 2nd floor with chairs. But after you have seen the show you won't make a trip outside the casino to see it again unless you're looking an excuse because you're losing badly or watching with someone who has not seen it before.

This adult entertainment venue is a must-see for gamers and TV addicts alike. It's an outdoor pedestrian mall complete with casinos, bars, shopping and the biggest TV screen you're ever gonna see. Shows are hourly, each night from 7:pm to 1:am. DON'T MISS THIS!

Really good and a must see in Vegas. The show was great and the designs were really cool. The sound system was very good. The Fremont Street area is very safe and it is a great place to spend the night and see the show.

We had a great time. Find time to get here and enjoy the atmosphere. Plan to spend the night.

Spectacular!

This is always a fun attraction, our kids enjoyed watching it and also the nice stroll along Fremont street. We also stopped at some kiosks to make a few purchases and saw "Elvis" and a couple of showgirls to take photo's with.

Love the variety of shows. Traveled to Vegas last year at the same time. Very delighted to see all different shows.

Pretty cool for free. Worth a cab ride from the strip, plus you can check out old Vegas with Binion's,
Golden Nugget, the Plaza, and more.

i liked this show alot. it plays every 30 mins. and they do a different theme and music with each show. it was a nice evening to get off the strip and visit a different side of vegas.

This attraction is truly unbelievable. This is something everyone must see. The shopping is great and the light and sound show is awesome.

Lots of fun. It had everyone dancing in the streets. Music can be deafening if you're near a speaker.

it is being updated so by the summertime it will be even more spectacular
