George is funny as hell! I've followed his career since the 80's and he is always a delight to see.
To you losers who don't think he's funny, go visit your momma at the zoo and get a real laugh!

He's great! his comedy is unique and his expressions are a hoot! I love George's act always have been a great fan of his from along time ago, I was amazed when he gave out gifts also. Generous and funny that's all I can say

Great Show, Its the second time we've been to it!! My husbands legs were so long he was blocking the aisle so the usher moved us up front. Great drinks, He had a group called mosaic open, they were great!!

George's politically biased jokes were really a turnoff. We have enough to listen to on the tv, radio and in the newspapers. We looked forward to a relaxing, funny show. He and his comedian that started out were really not funny. I don't see anything funny about men grabbing their crotches and talking about how obese they are. Why not just tell jokes. It would have been more entertaining. Yo Mamma jokes were funny. Wouldn't go again nor would I recommend it. BJ

This guy was a Jerk! Very poor showmanship, no entertainment value for the money. People were walking out during his routine and we should have. Aparently, this guy's 3 year contract went to his head and he forgot that he has to provide some form of entertainment for the people who attend his show. He spent too much time bragging about his contract and discussing his political views and put a obviousely canned gospel singer on stage.
I hope the Flamingo executives attend his show to see what they are paying for -and that they left a clause in his contract to get rid of him.
Don't waste you money on this show.

I've seen several stand-up comedy headliner shows in Las Vegas, both resident (Rita Rudner) and limited-engagement (Dennis Miller, George Carlin). Surprisingly, this was the funniest one. Wallace does a fast-paced set with lots of different joke topics and gets on with the audience really well. He even interacts with the opening act comic (who was okay) to good effect. Well worth a visit for stand-up comedy fans, and the price isn't bad either ($65-70 with tax).

I did not laugh even once. He spent the whole night bantering back and fourth with some guy in the front row. He looked tired.

I was very disappointed. Seen him on some TV shows and thought he would be good but he wasn't. The people we brought wanted to leave about 45 minutes into it. Save your money, see something else

I BE THINKIN that this show is great. Dont pay full price for the tickets, because you can get them at any 1/2 price dealer (Coke Bottle and place next to Harley place and across from soon to be CITY CENTRE). go see it my brother didnt want to see Rita Rudner after seeing George Wallace.

I laughed for the entire hour. Great show if you can get the 2 for 1 tickets. The theater is very cramped and crowded, but the laughter makes you forget about it.

We sat in the front row with my arm, literally, on the stage. Wallace was only a couple of feet from me. Opening act was OK. Wallace has been around so long you kind of know exactly what to expect. He did not disappoint. Not as topical as I thought he would be but he was entertaining. I can't remember laughing out loud but smiled and snickered. He gives out money, gifts and tee shirts to "some" audience members. Nice touch but you always feel left out if you don't get chosen. Can't help but think that some of those chosen were pre-chosen (like a young, afro-american, singer who he just happened to pick out from the back of the room and invited on stage to do a song). She was wonderful and Wallace "rewarded" her with a money gift. Could have been handled better.

Pretty good show. The start of the show was delayed due to Gladys Knight doing several encores because she was ending her run at the Flamingo. Johnny Dark (oldest CBS Page from David Letterman Show) warmed up the crowd and is a decent singer and does pretty good stand-up routine. When George first took the stage he joked about ending the show early but he performed for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

One of the negatives of this show was near the end of his act, George brings 4 people up on stage, he picks out of the crowd. He thanks them all for coming, makes a few wise cracks about them or their occupations and then says he is going to give them something for being such good sports:

Girl "A" gets a CD
Guy "B" gets a DVD
Girl "C" gets a "I Be Thinkin" T- Shirt (Shirt looked XL - she was petite girl)
Guy "D" gets a pack of batteries.

Once they are re-seated, he does some more his jokes and then he called the second lady's name. Girl "C" then corrects himself when he sees who it is and calls up Girl "A” He asks her to give him back the CD because he wants to give it to another person (a teacher) in the room. After a few more jokes are made, he reaches behind the podium and hands Girl "A" a Mary Frances designer purse. He then does a few more jokes and for some reason explains he needs some batteries for his room and asks if anyone has any? Of course Guy "D" runs back on stage and gives up his batteries. In exchange for the batteries he is given Round Trip airfare back to Las Vegas form his home town? Both very nice gifts.

Guy "B" & Girl "C" were not offered any nicer gifts. Not to say there is anything wrong with a DVD or T - Shirt, but if you think real hard about which two people got the really nice gifts, and then the other two that didn't, you should be able to figure out their race. All-in-all it seemed a pretty crappy way to treat Girl "C" and Guy "B"

I will note that Jerry Seinfeld's mother was in the audience and George introduced her and gave her a Mary Frances purse. Maybe this messed up his plans but if I had been the young girl that got a $5.00 T-Shirt, I would have asked him for kiss because I felt like he just screwed me.

As he was closing the show, he had some music playing and he asked if anybody knew the song, and lo and behold, one girl says "yes" so George brings her up on stage and got her to sing. A young man said he should also be given the chance to "represent" so George brought him up on stage, too.

The girl was a very good singer as it turns out, and I began to suspect that she was a plant. The young man was also good singer and when they sang together, it seemed they had done this before. I told my wife that I thought the whole thing seemed staged. After reading some of the other reviews at this site, I see I was right. I realize it's his show and can do what he wants but I still don't like being lied to. When they finish the song. he hands each of the "amateur singers" money and says it is a $100 bill. Maybe that's scale.

All in all it was a good show; although some of the shine was tarnished by the way George treated the T-shirt girl and DVD man. Seemed somehow disrespectful to them both.

I was glad we only paid half price at tix4tonite.

A very funny show, the following is a spoiler, you have been warned. Near the end of the show George started up some gospel music and asked if anybody knows this song, one girl says yes and George "coaxed" her on stage and got her to sing. Her voice was absolutely amazing and the crowd really got into it, thinking we lucked out tonight. Friends of mine saw the show the next night, and guess what happened. Same song, same girl. It felt like a bit of a cheat, knowing he used a plant, but it was still a great show. I was glad, though, that I only paid half price at tix4tonite.

Kinda boring, I saw some great shows, George is alright, needs to be in a smaller room.

George Wallace is funnier and smarter in person than I remember from his televison peformances. His rapid-fire delivery and razor sharp material kept our crowd laughing ourselves silly. He was very topical (included material from the day's news) and relentlessly funny. He didn't do his usual "Yo Momma" jokes, but he didn't need to. George's take on the world around him is always worth hearing. While bashing almost everyone's career choice (for the sake of comedy) he praised teachers. What a winner he is. Great audience interactivity and even signed autographs after the show. It's no wonder this show is so popular. The word of mouth has be strong and it deserves it. Be sure and see George Wallace at the Flamingo. He even has gifts for some of the audience. What more could you ask for? Trust me on this one.

Was very disappionted on the weeks choices of entertainment. Had to end up with 2 comic shows. Wanted to see Gladys Knight, but she was on vacation this week. So we went to see George Wallace. We had seen him on TV many times, but haven't seen him lately. He was really good. Enjoyed his humor and his stories. Overall a good show to see. Enjoyed meeting him after the show, talked with everyone. Like his style! I be thinken!

I saw George Wallace on 08/25. If you are in Vegas this show is not to be missed!! George Wallace is one of the funniest comedians in the business today. Try to make sure you sit very close because on the night we were there, he actually gave out $100 bills to people and t-shirts and dvds. I hope the Flamingo will keep him there for awhile as I will definitely see him again!!

George Wallace was very funny, gave a TWO HOUR SHOW !

I love George Wallace. Humor is timely and very funny. He interacts well with the audience. Met him after the show and his genuinely very friendly and down to earth. He had everyone of all colors rolling in the aisles. I haven't laugh so much in my life. Don't miss this show!!!

Seen his show 8/10 and it was full of humor. George Wallace act is up to date, nothing is dated. He speaks his mind. He has great audience interaction. On this date even his warm up act was funny. He even extended the show, he had us there for 2 hours. It's true what they have on the billboards all over Las Vegas,"The Best 10PM Show in Las Vegas." Highly recommend his show.

The show was excellent. He is an incredible entertainer with the ability to just go with the flow of the show. Though the venue, as with many comedy venues, is a little cramped, this is one of the few shoes in Vegas that is probably worth more than you pay for it. Do not make plans for immediately after the show. When my wife and I saw him, he kept going a full hour past the scheduled finish time. Drinks are ridiculously priced, as expected, but you cannot spend too much. We were there when doors opened and still only able to order one drink. They forgot to bill us though. If I knew that I would have ordered something really nice. See this show, it is for everyone.

Best show in Las Vegas. No matter what genre. George Walace is hilarious, energetic and original. Best of all his material is not the same ol', same ol' contrived stuff from 10 years ago. I can't say that about any of the other Vegas comedians I've seen. Everybody in the joint, black, white, brown, purple, was howling and doubled over in laughter. The opening act is a throwaway but who cares? You are going to see Mr. Wallace and it is well worth the wait. This will be a pit stop for as long as he is engaged at the Flamingo. Fortunately, he has been extended another year. Do not miss out on seeing him live. The "yo Momma" jokes will make you wet yourself. I Be Thinkin', indeed.

We decided to see this show at the last minute, and boy were we happy we did! George Wallace is a great comedian and was on stage for more than 1 1/2 hours the night we saw him. He had the audience in stitches. Once he gets on a roll, there was no stopping him and you can bearly come up for air! Lots of fun!

To me Wallace seemed a little rough at times. But then again, I like Don Rickles. So, he laughed at himself, and I cruised through the rest of the show laughing with and at him. He has some great jokes. I sat next to the front stage. Fourty-two dollar tickets in Vegas is very reasonble for good seats. He probably crosses cultural and generational lines better than most comics,and had a big responsive room at the Flamingo. And he's a very nice person,signing autographs for people after the show. I would say, find an excuse when in Vegas to go see this show.

This has to be one of the best stand up comedy shows I have ever seen. Well worth the money.

Great night great show highly reccomend and it was really a nice clean show suitable for a grndmom like me. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO Funny!!!!!!1
