No longer playing in Vegas but if you get a chance to see it elsewhere you should if you: A. watched
Sesame Street as a kid. B. Know what 'Free 2 Be U & Me' is. C. Either had hippy parents or got a liberal
arts degree in college yourself. & D. Have a sense of humor about the preceding things.

If you fall into that category you should love it, that means you are probably 30 something, that is a pretty
narrow group admitedly. Otherwise the show just really isn't for you, and there is no point in popping in
here and trashing something that you just don't get. This show will be in San Diego in the summer of
2007 and touring the us after that.

I believe Avenue Q ends May 28th. We really enjoyed it. Quite funny. It was really different. Definitely not suited for kids.

After reading some mixed reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleased with the production. The cast was great and the set and theater were well done. I was in the balcony which seemed extremely high up from the floor area, but gave a great bird's eye view of the whole theater.
I had a good laugh during every segment of the show and still have the songs stuck in my head!
It's unfortunate that the show has been pulled for May 28th, but I am very greatful that I did get to see this show.
Check it out before final curtain if you enjoy, comedy, music and adult content.

This show was so funny. It really had my group laughing out loud. The actors with the puppets on stage were absolutely unbelievable. Their expressions and singing was great! There were so many funny parts from the puppet sex scenes to the puppets making fun of each other. It's a cute story line, very realistic. I recommend this show for all adults or mature teens. The theatre is your typical broadway type but the seats are much more comfortable then new york seats.

Avenue Q is a great show and I would recommend seeing it before it leaves town at the end of May. It is really unique and hard to describe, like a cross between Sesame Street and a wild Broadway musical. The show is VERY funny and I laughed the entire time. The performers were all top notch (including some from the original Broadway production), especially Brynn O'Malley as Kate Monster. The theater is very nice and you are very close to the performers. This show has some randy humor that is probably not appropriate for anyone under 16. They had cut out the intermission when I saw it, so the show was a brisk 95 minutes--and was entertaining every minute. If a funny, irreverent take on a Broadway musical is your type of fun, then you will love Avenue Q.

Well, if you're a theatre fan, you will know that this was the Tony Award show in 2004. It's certainly not one of the best musicals ever written, but it's something different and quite clever with the use of puppets and multiple characters by various cast. It's not one of your usual large production type musicals, so if that's what you're looking for, you'd disappointed. The tunes are very catchy and definitely very humerous and crude at times. The show in Las Vegas itself is very good though. I didn't find the same problem with the theatre as one of the reviewers noted. I thought the theatre was quite nice and seats are quite comfortable compare to other broadway type theatres. The main bonus is the cast which includes 2 of the original broadway cast members (too bad my show had an understudy, but I must say I was very impress with the understudy), while the rest of the cast are all very good. Not a lot of dancing, costume, and other fanfare you might expect from a Tony winner. Still a good show if you're a musical buff and can't catch the show in NYC since it's still soldout.

Lets start with the $99.00 ticket price. I paid to be in the center in row Q, a good seat. Not worth the price but that's what they charge so if you want to see the show in a good seat your stuck. Next the show started at 8:00 PM please arrive 30 minutes before show time. I arrived at 7:40 PM, by 8:00 many of the people were fanning themselfs because it was hot in there. By 8:09 about 75% of the people were fanning. At 8:10 they turned on the blowers and you could feel it cooling off. The show started at 8:15. I can live with all this. I expect a room full of people to be warm. Coke with ice $4.00. Hold it, lets talk about the chairs we got to sit in. Economy class air plane seats have more room to them. At 5'10" and 210 pounds I am far from skinny but I don't have Good Year painted on my side either. My sholders were wider than the back of the seat. Share an arm rest, more like fight for one. This seating was the same type of movie theater seating from back in 1965 when I worked as an usher in my youth at the local town movie theater. Guys Don't try to cross your legs. There was about 2 inches from my knees to back of chair in front of me. Being hot, cramped and paying $99.00 for a ticked ( not to mention the 20 minute intermission ) starts things off on a bad note. On to the show review, I almost fell asleep one time, but I'll give the Tony award winning show a review of
" OK " the people were talanted. Would I see it again? yes for $45.00 But not in that theater.

If you love asinine Broadway musicals, hurry to see this one because it won’t be around very long. My wife surprised me by spending $200 of my money on tickets for this dud. I tried to be open minded, but I knew in the first thirty seconds that I was in for a very long evening. This must be the biggest ripoff in a town of ripoffs. For $100 per ticket I would expect to see something more than guys standing on the stage holding puppets and singing PG-13 rated songs. For that price you can see any show in town. Do not waste your money on this one. Even my wife, who found the show moderately entertaining, admitted that it should be one of those $25 matinee shows. It was so bad that I tried to cut my losses by faking a headache and leaving at intermission, but we were with friends and my wife asked me to not embarrass her. I like Las Vegas shows and have seen quite a few and enjoyed all of them until now. I was insulted by this one.

I thought the show was ok. The performers were definitely very talented and the theatre is great. But, we just didn't love it. Maybe an off night for the cast or for us.

Just saw this show again after seeing it in Broadway earlier this year. The show is just as great. The cast is awesome. The entire audience gave a standing ovation at the end. Extremely funny.

The show is extremely funny and entertaining. Don't be fooled by the puppets it is an adult show and not for children. I enjoyed it thoroughly!

Avenue Q is a fabulous show. Fabulous songs and commentary, the puppeteers have tremendous voices. The show is really entertaining - light-hearted and a lot of fun. The Broadway Theatre at Wynn is small and intimate, not a bad seat in the house. The show runs close to 2 hours with a 15 minute intermission. It has adult themes (and full puppet nudity!) and is not suitable for children under 15, in my opinion.

Seen it on Broadway great show, as long as las vegas will show it in a full lenght not cut short at they do with a 90min shows.
