This was a huge waste of money and by far the worst show I have ever seen. It was too loud, too cold, more middle aged men with too much make up. 10 minutes of pets and the rest horrible filler. Would not see show for free. The staff is half assed and basically its a waster of money, time in line and it leave you with a horrible feeling. The dogs, the cats don't need to be dressed up and Popovich needs to lose the whistle. This show is a gemic to get a once time audience and put there money in the bank

I did not see Popovich but I did see the Ultimate Variety Show. They are both playing in Planet Hollywood. The star of the show of course was Wally Eastwood. The guy is not only an amazing juggler but he is hilarious! Kind of like a cross between Jerry Lewis back in his younger days and Ricky Ricardo (Desi Arnez) from I Love Lucy. It was well worth seeing.

Very good show. Good value. Unbelievable what can be done with house cats.

It was so cute show!! All people can enjoy this show, especially well for children. Price is good, too. Don�ft miss it.

This is tipically Las Vegas show. Everybody can't close his/her mouth.

Wow!!! This show is simply amazing in Las Vegas I have ever seen. It is not expensive production show than what you think, and all performers are the great actors. This show is by close the best show ever. If you do not see, you do not know in front of the internet or desk at home. You must feel the impression by yourself. I cannot tell you what I have got~

Myt wife & I wish we had read these reviews prior to attending this show.

My wife really likes animals and especially cats ( now that one adopted us 8 yrs ago. ).

I saw an AD for this Popovich show in the LV shows magazine available in hotel room. I asked wife if this would be something she would like to see ( my mistake ) and she said yes based upon the magazine ad.

The AD leads one to believe the show is all about, features and is focused on cats and dogs. Nowhere in ad does it say 90% of show is 3rd-rate slap-stick comedy, bad Charlie-Chaplin impressions, and just plain stupid/amatuerish juggling & magic tricks. For $70 ( after discounts ) we could have seen a much more profession Las Vegas style show.

Let me say up front, if you are expecting a show featuring CATS & DOGS, DO NOT SEE THIS SHOW. The animals are about as important to the show cast as the guy catching the missed-juggled items. The cat act was the last 9 mins. of 62 min. show ( I timed it ) and as Popovich says himself, the cats just do what they naturally do ( i.e. no tricks ). In my opinion, the cat tricks are what a cat would naturally do when placed in a fearful situation. I was uncomfortable watching this cat scene. If you like cats and understand cat behaviour you will appreciate what I am saying.

Like others have commented, the V theater is the biggest joke and fraud of a theater in Vegas. Is it more like a high school gym than a theater. The floor is FLAT and temporary chairs are placed in line ( remember your H.S. plays ) . The stage is barely elevated and ANYONE sitting more that 10 rows behind the stage ( even VIP ) is looking straight at the head in front of them. General Admission tickets are a TOTAL WASTE OF money. V Theater mgmt. even knows visibility is so poor that they installed big screen projection TV's on each side of stage. The projection TV appears 1st generation ( ie. v. poor picture ). Besides, who pays $70 to watch TV in LV?

DO NOT GO TO ANY SHOW AT THE V-THEATER. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The Good...
The Show is GRRRREAT !!!! and it deserves a 10 stars. Great Juggling acts and it's cute seeing all the
animals participate during the show. It is a 60 minute show and even though the animals do not
appear in all the shows, it is a good family show.

THE REALLY BAD...
If you are not the first 20 - 30 people to enter the show, then DON"T GO IN !!! The place was not built
to be a theater. They raised the floor in the front and they call that "the Stage," Once you sit down,
your nose is leveled with the stage. That's how high the stage is.

Now, imagine sitting on the fourth row? how about the 7th row? how bout the 12th row? Well, that's
how far me and my girlfriend sat down, and there were a few more rows behind me. We only saw
people's heads and anything that was visible was from the knees up from the presenters. If the animals
were walking with their tails point up, walking on their hind legs, or jumping, then that's how we knew
that they were using animals for the show.
We couldn't take it, we moved up 2 rows up and still couldn't see. People were moving left to right
trying to get a view. It got to a point the people stood up or went to the stairs and sat on the steps just
to see the stage. That's what I had to do but my girlfriend was too embarrased to stand up so she
thought that the show sucked because she didn't see the animals. 45 minutes of the show I spent
standing up and my girlfriend was bored during those 45 minutes. Many people were not happy and
said that they wouldn't come back. There is also a sign that says that there are no refunds.

CONCLUSION...
This is really HURTING Popovich because his show is great but you pay to see him from his knees up.
Popovich if you are reading this, CHANGE Hotels ASAP. I would go see you again if you change
theaters. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go through the torture of sitting there for 1 hour (unless
you are the first 35 people to go in).

Don't Say I didn't Warn you ----- GOOD LUCK !!

We bought two tickets to this short afternoon comedy show for $45.00, using a 2-for-1 coupon from www.vegas4locals.com. We enjoyed the show, which includes humans juggling and dancing, as well as amazing animal acts interspersed with short video clips. The animals in the show were all rescued from animal shelters, which was heartwarming, and they gave a great performance. Being owned by cats myself, I would have been amazed just to see all the cats staying on their perches and not wandering away, but they actually did the kind of tricks I thought only dogs would do. The dogs, rats, and birds were also well trained and gave a flawless performance.

The skits were very cute, and although I was primarily interested in the animals, the human acts were entertaining as well. The only drawback was the seating, which was dreadful. It was just a bunch of chairs set out on a level floor (no tiers), with the stage elevated by about 4-5 feet. That might have been OK with only humans on the stage, but with many of the featured performers being less than two feet tall, it was often difficult to see them. There were also several large columns in the middle of the floor, which further obstructed the view of the stage. For the price, I’m glad we saw this show, but if I had paid the full box office price, I would be upset at the poor viewing conditions.

This is a wonderful family show - short (1 hour), sweet, and fast-paced, with a charming variety of old-fashioned circus acts and some delightfully trained animals to boot. It's ideal for the afternoons, even if you're not with kids. Look for coupons or 1/2 booth availability.

Sadly, I must confirm that the V Theatre is as lousy as reviews here at this site and elsewhere have claimed and I have to knock the production down a point for that (7 out of 10). You'll indeed need to get in line early and suffer a long wait to get in. The theatre was once a restaurant, and while the stage is elevated it's still not easy to see below the performers' knees - especially problematic in a show featuring animals. Worse, the front rows are reserved for VIP space and the maitre'd system is almost cruel in how it seats everyone - it does not seem to care if children might have a poor view of things from their seat. Off to the sides would be a disaster. And though a drink is included with your ticket, the table service is slow and the bar (and total auditorium) was so poorly lit that I didn't realize it was open until it was too late; luckily we got table service.

I sincerely hope that either this theatre is renovated along with the rest of the Aladdin/Planet Hollywood property or that this excellent production can move to a space more worthy of it. Until then, caveat emptor.

MY KIDS LOVED IT! This show was awesome, my kids really enjoyed themselves. The animals were so
cute, we couldn't believe the stunts that they could do. We had so much, it was the perfect show for
the whole family! I can't wait to see it again!
