Just watched the show last night with my kids (8 year old and 10 year old), and we were a bit skeptic at first but we actually liked the show. We liked how he involved the audience especially with the children to keep the interest going. I like how he was humorous and not just showing magic tricks. To me, if he can keep the interest with my kids and have me laughing at the same time I am impressed. However, I didn't think the outfits, dance moves and a few curse words were appropriate for children otherwise I would recommend people to watch this show.

Steve Wyrick's show is just a standard magic act, nothing else. This is the same show which has bounced all over the strip, as many of the casino hotel's are feverishly trying to dump old 1970's style entertainment. If you want to see a magic show, Lance Burton is much more enjoyable and unique. Although my wife thought Steve Wyrick was pretty cute....for you girls.

My family and I went to see this show. The 7 o'clock performance.There were many empty seats . All the seats in the back and on the sides were empty. We waited 15 minutes past show time and they said there was a technical problem and the show would start in a few minutes.
Well 40 minutes later know show and people were beginning to leave. Then there was an announcement that the show was canceled. Well we heard from an inside source that when the show doesn't have enough people in the audience they cancel the show. Not sure if this is true Well everybody in the crowd was quite angry and we were told we could go to the 9 o'clock show. So we wanted a refund after all the aggravation. And I will never go to see this show again. Hope nobody else has to go through what we did.

Steve's onstage presence is warm and inviting. His connection with the audience takes a few minutes to develop, but once he has them, he has them. His magic is unique and in most of the show, it takes on a personal touch with his constant reflections of his youth and early interest in magic. Several of his illusions are absolutely unbelievable and even if you figure out plausible answer to parts of the trick, you cannot fully explain every part. His up-close magic is as good as any in the business and some of the big tricks are just jaw dropping good. His show has a cohesive theme that plays throughout and for me, it worked. Family is his theme, and this show is great for the entire family. I took my son and he was thrilled to meet Steve after the show and get his autograph. Steve was giving of his time and did not rush us off until we were ready. A great guy and a great show.

My husband and I saw Steve Wyrick's show last night at the Planet Hollywood and enjoyed every moment of it! I found Steve to be charming, funny, sensitive and very talented! I would highly recommend this show for any magic enthusiasts, or anyone who simply wants to be entertained. The theater was intimate and the people working there very kind and welcoming. I was thrilled at the end of the show to have our picture taken with him as he also kindly autographed his photo. He was extremely friendly and nice! Great night! Good entertaining and I'm still wondering how he does some of his magic!!!

My family and I went out to Vegas this past weekend and while there saw Steve's show. Loved, loved, Loved it! Great family entertainment, and who knew that we (my husband and I) would leave feeling moved by a Vegas show, totally unexpected. My son (7 years old) was selected to go up and help out with his fishing segment, without telling the segment, I can tell you that he is a great guy. Wish there were more people in this world like him let alone in Vegas. WOW as for me and our family we love him and wish him all the best, always.

i went and saw this show with some of my friends in las vegas i was kind of skeptical about going to see this show cause i have seen other magic shows in las vegas like nathan burton, lance burton and dirk arthur and they weren't all that great but steve wyrick's show blew me away he didn't just do magic on stage he did up close magic in the audience which is the best up close magic i have ever seen. this was the best show i have seen in a long time hands down i would definitely come and see him again and he is very nice person and came down and met everyone after the show..Best magic show in vegas

I thought it was a fun and entertaining show. The magic wasn't the most amazing tricks, but he was amazing on the stage. It was money well spent, especially if you have children. They take your picture at the beginning of the show and you can buy it after. All of the money from the photo's goes to the, "Childrens Make a Wish Foundation." Which is amazing for a show in Vegas.

If your over the age of 5 don't waste your time. The show is unoriginal and cheesy. Very surprised Planet Hollywood put that much money into such a show. We went to another magic show a year ago for like $30 and it had similar stuff but much better so not worth the money. Kids and I loved it. He's unique, unpredictable and gets "kinda lost" at times in his delivery but it's part of his act to keep your attention. Best show for the money in Vegas.

Steve Wyrick was one of the best shows we saw during our trip to Vegas...BY FAR! We previously heard about Steve Wyrick when he performed his show at Harrah's in Atlantic City, but we missed him on the East Coast. So we were excited when we saw that he has a show at Planet Hollywood Casino in Vegas. We saw his late show last Thursday night and it was incredible. Who would have thought that a magic show could also have such an emotional pull? My wife even got a bit teary-eyed when Steve Wyrick told all about his grandmother's influence on his magic career. And then the absolutely amazing finale totally blew us away...to tell more would spoil it. Go see this show!

Absolutley loved it. Amazing. Still trying to figure out the last illusion. I am a big non-believer, but this guy is awesome!

this show must have been one of the greatest & i go to alot of concerts show & pretty much everything. steve should gte like so much higher than a 10. his personality is very interesting & hes one of the best persons i have ever met.
his show is just amazing all the stunts and how he ask the audience for a prop for the act its like if he wants you to help him out & that you are. its just amazing.i mean who else can be better than steve haha no one. he is perfect for this. i can also tell his passion for his magic.i truly reccomend this show for anybody & any ages. it was worth the pay.i promise you the only way you'll regret it is if you dont go.steve is one of the best person ever & his show is amazing so its a pefect match.

MY HUSBAND AND I WANTED TO SEE A MAGIC SHOW. WE WERE STAYING AT THE ALADDIN/PLANET HOLLYWOOD AND DECIDED ON STEVE WYRICK..HE WAS WONDERFUL!!!! AMAZING JUST AMAZING!!! LOVE HIS PERSONALITY AND HIS SHOW..HE REALLY ACTS LIKE HE APPRECIATES YOU BEING THERE. HE IS VERY FRIENDLY TOO. THIS SHOW IS A MUST SEE!!!! HE IS THE BEST ILLUSIONIST I HAVE SEEN!!!! PLEASE GO AND SEE HIS SHOW.. I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Steve Wyrick is amazing. His show was completely entertaining from start to finish. Another person mentioned that the show started late, and ours did, too. But Steve Wyrick explained that they are still in "previews" and he was very genuine when he apologized for the late start due to some technical kinks backstage. Personally, I'm glad the show started a bit late and was so spectacular rather than starting on time and having them cut out some of the magic. Steve Wyrick's personality was really great...he truly connected with the audience better than any magician I've ever seen. While in Vegas, my wife and I also went to see a show in another theater at Aladdin and we were pretty disappointed with the lack of "production"...especially after the incredible lights and sound system in the Steve Wyrick Show. We went on a Saturday night so we stayed for the afterhours nightclub called Triq, which is part of the Steve Wyrick complex. The place just opened, but it must have had 2000 people there...mostly really gorgeous women. Anyhow, we had a blast in Vegas (much better weather than Kansas this time of year!) and are really glad we took time to see the Steve Wyrick show--it is definitely the best live magic show we've ever seen!

The worst show I've been to in Vegas. We were kept waiting for half an hour before Steve appeared. Staff told us that Steve was a "bit of a diva" and that late starts were a regular occurrence. This sadly meant we missed our dinner booking! The show itself didn't really contain anything new, perhaps if you've never seen any magic before you'd be impressed? However, by far the biggest problem was with Steve's performance – he was really cheesy, smarmy and (sorry), not likeable… which is, I think, a fundamentally important part of any entertainer.

What a fantastic show! My family (wife, mother and father in law, and our two kids) spent a weekend in Vegas and we wanted to check out a magic show. Lucky for us, our concierge suggested the Steve Wyrick Show at Aladdin. When we got there, we were amazed at the really great theater and lobby/lounge area. Since we had our kids, we did not get any drinks, but it looks like the perfect place to spend some time before or after the show. The seating was excellent and the magic was great! I have seen magic on TV before, but it was an amazing experience to see it first hand. Steve Wyrick did lots of really huge illusions, including airplanes, a Hummer, and a helicopter. The dance routines were polished and the music kept the pulse moving quickly. Steve Wyrick also did some small magic that was fun because it allowed the audience to interact with him. He is a very talented performer and I recommend his show to all ages.

This was SO fun!!! I was in Vegas for a bachelorette party last weekend for a friend. There were 7 of us total and we went to the late show (9pm) on a Thursday night. We had VIP seats up close to the stage, but all the seats seemed to be really good since it is an intimate theater. Steve Wyrick is super cute and he did an awesome job interacting with the audience. He even did a trick with one of my friends' rings where he magically linked it to the rings of another audience member. After the show, Steve Wyrick invited all of us to come to his green room where he introduced himself and let us get pictures with him. The overall production of the show was really impressive...big sets like on Broadway shows, lots of flashes/explosions, great dancing, really cool magic (though some was a little bit predictable), and Steve Wyrick has a really charming demeanor with the audience...or maybe it was just my group cause we were a bunch of 20-something girls :) Regardless, what a great show! It is fast-paced for any age, though it is probably not good for children under 6 or so. For the rest of you, be sure to see this awesome magic show when you are in Las Vegas!!!

Hey, We went and saw this show on our vacation with my entire family. I simply loved the entire Desert
Passage Mall and Las Vegas. We saw four shows out in Las Vegas, This was the Worst show by far. Our
kids noticed all of magic tricks, it was just a really cheesy show. The other theater had great shows
compared to this show. I would still reccommend the mall and the hotel, just don't waste your money on
this show.

I just got back from a trip to Las Vegas with my husband and kids. We saw several shows, but the very best of all was Steve Wyrick. The lady in the box office said he had just reopened in his new $35 million dollar entertainment complex, so I guess that is why this is the first review of the show. In short, it was EXCELLENT! My kids are 7 and 13, and they absolutely loved the great magic tricks. In particular, my 13 yr old loves magicians, so we have taken him to see quite a few magic shows (David Copperfield, Lance Burton, etc.) and this was his favorite by far. Maybe it was becuase he is at that age where boys start appreciating attractive women and there are lots of them in Steve Wyrick's show! But the huge size of the show is amazing...he makes an airplane appear right in front of everyone. And it is even more impressive because the theater is so small and intimate (I think it holds about 600) that everyone has a great view of the action. Steve Wyrick also does lots of really cool up close magic that was equally as impressive as the really big stuff. One thing my husband commented on after the show was how personable Steve Wyrick was with the audience. He really made us feel like he was glad we were there and even took pictures with everyone after the show, which my son LOVED! All in all, this is one of the BEST mid-price shows in Las Vegas and I wholeheartedly recommend it for everyone, including families with kids (under 5 or 6 is probably too young though). We can't wait to go back to Vegas and see the show again since Steve Wyrick said he is always improving the show and adding new tricks...not sure that it can be much better than it already is, but we look forward to finding out.
