This show was FIERCE! Every character looked like the star they portrayed. I brought my parents and it wasn't until the end that I told my dad these women were men. He didn't believe me- especially Cher and Britney Spears

Chose this show for something differant.Went to the tix42nite and was upgraded,saved money for better seats!2nd row.Show was funny and solid performance by all charcters.Campy,yes.

My wife had always wanted to see this show. We went to the Coke half price ticket booth by the MGM on friday morning and got 2 "premium" tickets for a total of 87.50 ( including tax ).

1st thing to note: The seating area is split into 3 section: VIP, premium and normal. The VIP section is old vegas style tables and curved booths, The premium section was just chairs in a row, and he normal section looked to just be rows as well. In our "premium" section there was no elevation change for the 3 or 4 rows that comprised this section. So if your not that tall you might not love the view, inbetween the heads of everyone else.

Another note: The seating in our section was GA, show up at least 45 min before the show to have a decent shot at the 1st row of this section.
( we were not in the first row ).

The reason for my poor review is that my wife, who's wanted to see this for
years... Was disapointed. I was lukewarm about it going in.

Now that I check, the small description of the show does say
"The lip-syncing performers are back up by a quintet of dancers..."

That's right, you're paying for lip syncing. It was quite a let down for her.
The backup dancers were solid. Not great, but solid.
The costumes of the "girls" were well done, Some did a really good job on the visuals. But seing a "live" show with lip syncing made me wish I was just in one of hotel bars watch a free LIVE band play.

We used the LVA 2 for 1 coupon for this show. Received general admission seating for $68 (approx.) after the coupon. Split between two people around $34 each made this show reasonable. Glad I didn't pay more due to the seating arrangements. The show itself is well paced, funny and eye catching. The seating made little sense to us as the parties were placed spordically in the general admission area and an entire row was in front of us was left empty. The seats were removable chairs lined up in a row and close together. Not very comfortable. Frank Marino, the star of the show, signed purchased items after the show and it was a pleasure to meet him. The detail the cast puts into the show pays off.

AN EVENING AT LA CAGE: TICKETS WERE EASY TO GET AND THE SHOW WAS FANTASTIC & FUNNY! MUCH MUCH BETTER THEN THE AVERAGE DRAG SHOW. IT WAS NICE AND UNEXPECTED TO MEET AND SAY HELLO TO FRANK MARINO / JOAN RIVERS AFTER THE SHOW. HE SIGNED MY LA CAGE PROGRAM I PURCHASED FOR $10 HE WAS NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SHOOK EVERYBODYS HAND AND SAID HELLO. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO SAY HELLO TO ONE OR MORE OF THE OTHER PERFORMERS BECAUSE EVERYBODY WAS GREAT, MADONNA, BRITANY SPEARS KICKED ASS, DIANA ROSS, REBA, CHER & CELINE. I ENJOYED AN EVENING AT LA CAGE >>>>> MUCH MORE THAN THE FOLIES BERGERE AT THE TROPICANA > THAT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY. I WOULD GO AND SEE LA CAGE AGAIN > ALSO WENT TO SEE AMERICAN STORM AFTER LA CAGE > THESE GUYS CAN PUT ON A SHOW AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL & HOT AND NICE TO THE GAY GUYS AT THE SHOW. BOTH SHOWS AT THE RIVIERA WERE FUN AND WORTH THE MONEY!

This show is pretty inexpensive and easy to get tickets. Show has its moments but not very many.

Not the best show in vegas, but it was entertaining.

This show was so much fun! The performers were really incredible and the show has a suprisingly large cast! It was simply amazing how close they resembled the actresses they were immitating!!! Frank Marino was not there that night, but the guy who took over for him was just wonderful and so funny! A great evening of entertainment that I would highly recommend seeing.

Frank was a great host - would have loved if he had more speaking parts in the show. The rest of the cast was great. It's scary how great some of these men look as women:)

My husband was upset with me for choosing this show. But in the end he had to agree he had a good time too!

I saw The show years ago. I was 18 -years -old Frank is awsome . and two of the guys are my cousins. who I HAVE SEEN LOTS OF TIMES AND THE ARE SO AWSOME .
I would so tell people to go see it you will have a great time. ... all of the actors are great. I LOVE YOU ALL . HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN . ALSO If anyone has it I am looking for the edward twins website.

The show is probably the best value in Las Vegas for the price.
All the performers where just outstanding.

This was the second time we saw La Cage. This trip we took our mothers with us and brought them to the show. They had a wonderful time and laughed through the entire show. With a two for one coupon the show is also a great value. Be aware that the show is NOT for the kids and contains adult humor. Frank Marino is wonderful as Joan Rivers and very gracious after the show while doing his meet and greet. The Riviera does need to do some work on the sound system in the theater, especially if you sit toward the back.
