A wonderful show ! Earlier comments about Gladys only singing a few songs and too much interruptionn from Bubba are no longer valid - the show was c.90 minutes, with only about 10 minutes from Bubba, and Gladys sang many songs, a few new ones, and lots of classics. Her voice was magnificent, the backing singers and band were first-class,and the venue was reasonably intimate. We sat in a booth (no.7) - great view, and close to front. Highly recommended for lovers of classic soul. (Only criticism was the shiny plastic/leather(?) seating - it got rather sticky after an hour or so !)

Gladys Knight's performance was excellent. The old songs were sung to perfection, with the same inflections heard on original recordings. She danced to her music with grace & style, and is indeed a very classy lady. Her voice sounds soooo good---even better with age, by the way---she also looks GOOD. New songs sounded good also & her back up singers are very entertaining. The gospel portion of the show was also very good, Thanks Gladys for mentioning the name of our Lord & Saviour, Jesus Christ. Less time given to brother Bubba might be a good idea. Although funny & entertaining, he is given a little too much time on stage. Thanks Gladys for a Great Show overall & for remaining steady throughout the years. Would definitely recommend to see.

My wife and I come from the Gladys Knight era so we anticipated the show would be both nostalgic and entertaining. It was both. Gladys still has the voice and the commitment to performing. Her back up singers were all very talented, her band was tight. The only thing lacking was a few more songs. The show was a little shorter than I would have liked, but a good artist always leaves the audience wanting more. Her brother, mentioned in earlier posts, was not in our show, but she had a guest saxaphone player. He was talented but not great. Ms Knight is clearly a first class person and it shows in her presentation. Two thumbs up on this show.

She does have a great voice and stage presence. Her live band is exceptional. She has four good backup singers. All and all this is a very good show. But the show lasted only 70 minutes, if that. I realize the durability of her voice may be in question as she is probably in her 60s (first hit in 1961). Maybe she should let her backup singers solo for a song or two. I had great seats. But at $79 a ticket, I hoped for a little more quantity, although there is no doubt the quality of her performance.

WOW!! The girl still has pipes. She sounds the same as she did in the 60s. The show is less than 1 and 1/2 hours long and I wish she would have done a couple more songs but it was still a great show. Ask for booth seating when you buy tickets. If you get booth 1 or 8 (the ones on the ends of the stage) she will be within ten feet and you'll get to shake her hand, but make sure your seat position faces the stage center. We were in booth 8 in seats 1 and 2 facing the stage center. The people in our booth in position 5 and 6 had to turn sideways the whole show. The middle 6 booths are fine, but a little farther from her and the seat position isn't as critical. If you like Gladys DON'T miss this show.

Good show. Miss Knight sang all her favorites and a few new ones. She shared the solo stage with her brother Bubba as well as a saxaphone player who was very good. I think this fleshed the length out and saved her voice for the future; but I felt like some of the audience who came only to hear and see her were less than pleased. I had no problem with it. It was entertaining and fun. She gave the audience all they came for, but sang within herself. She will have a voice to sing another day. If I had her voice, I wouldn't want to shell it out either. Her stage presence is great. She is a genuine article.

The Lady can still sing !.. Enjoyed the show, the backup band is very talented.. the skit with her brother was pretty good..the show lasted about 75 minutes and Glady's probably only sings 30 minutes of the show.. but I guess when I get up there in age I won't be able to do all the things I'm used to doing.. Overall good show.. pretty fair price
