The best way I can describe this production besides the ubiquitous adjectives of artsy, confusing and surreal would be this: Ringlng Brothers and Pink Floyd the Wall had a Child and left it on the doorstep of Treasure Island where Steve Wynn then named it: Mystère.

To start off there is too much going on simultaneously, but that’s cool because you can pick and choose what to look at. Most performances make it simple for the audience: one scene equals one course of action. But Mystère doesn’t do that, it’s almost like a buffet for the eyes: sure you could spend all you time looking at those human animals dancing and prancing around…but what’s the deal with that baby in the air.

The redesign of the clown concept was also interesting, whether it was some guy trying to disrupt the show or a French speaking baby that needs to cut down on them Le Big Macs, if you know what I mean. The drumming was also a nice little diversion considering that: Hey, if you can get the Taiko Drummers of Sado Island to come live in Las Vegas, you can certainly teach a bunch of gymnasts to wail like John Bohnam.

In conclusion, after 2 hours of watching their show what is the climax? What is my reward? An inflated snail…hmmm Okaaaay sounds like those Cirque du Soleil designers are a couple entrées short of a prix fixe menu. But, if you like either the Ringling Brothers Circus, Pink Floyd the Wall or your Femme acrobate du jour en Très chic Lingerie de avante garde, then you’re sure to enjoy this little ditty in the desert.

My husband and I thought this was a great show. Very entertaining. Some of the things the performers do seem humanly impossible. The costumes, humor, and razz-ma-tazz are extraordinary. We came away feeling we had gotton our money's worth and would highly recommend the show.

Boring.... save your money and go see Ringling Bros. You will see the same things only
at a lot cheaper price. This was just Ringling Bros acrobatics with fancy costumes and
staging and weird, artsy fartsy music. I couldn't wait for it to end. I wasn't moved or awed
or any of that. And I really consider myself a patron of the arts. These people are talented,
but for an evening show, I want something that gets my blood flowing and pumps me up,
not something that gets me ready to go to sleep.

Most unbelievable show expierence I have ever been able to attend.
Thank you for making it soooo entertaining.

How anyone could have a negative comment is beyond me. But they must have been having a bad day.
The show had no errors, costumes were perfect, music was out of this world, and the actors preformed higher than most in Hollywood.
Thank you cast of Mystere!!!!!! Well worth the $$ !!

Creepy is the best way do describe this show. The acrobatics are cool but whatever the theme of the show was (still trying to figure it out) it was just creepy. The people taking pictures before the show were very very annoying. And the big snail at the end was enough to give me nightmares for months. We had 3rd row center seats, those of you who have seen it know what I mean about the snail. I thought we had great seats until I saw that thing up close and personal. I would guess whoever thought this show up was taking some serious drugs at the time and no one had the heart to tell them the idea stunk. Save your money or play it in a machine, much more fun.

I just thought that it was extremely overated, yet most of the crowd seemed to love it. My advice is that you either love it or are bored stiff, so if you are in Vegas for a brief time go to a show that will be more likely to appeal to everyone in your party.

Very mesmerizing. The acrobats made the stunts look so easy I didn't realize they were holding themselves parallel to the floor from a vertical pole. There was so much going on I had no idea where to look.

I'm not sure it was worth the $88 per ticket, but I'm glad I saw it and the hour and half went by extremely fast.

the first row. We got to interact with the performers, but we
do not enjoy being in the spotlight. We definitely would go again.
It was well worth the money.

i have seen this show five times. it is one of the best shows in vegas, in my mind. it is artsy, colorful, thoughtful and entertaining, not an insult to your intelligence like siegfried and roy or blue man group.

I really liked this show. Loved the stage and the costumes. Loved the live music and singing. The acrobats were just stunning. A very talented bunch of people. It also had a nice mix of comedy espically the pre show comedy. The hour passed by really quickly. Its well worth the money. See it!!!

I bought front row seats and found out that the show was full of pranks on the audience for participation BAD Idia beacuse the friends I brought did not find it funny easpachialy when the baby of the show squirted water in his face soking him so the audence would laugh it up. Horrible and tacky and also very embaressing to be picked out of the whole place to be picked on through out the whole entire show. My freind left! Beware they could pick on you!!! The production looked old to and dusty upfront - I could see tears on coustums. Time for new ones maby!

WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Tried to obtain tickets to see "O" but sold out. After purchasing tickets for Mystere I was told by numerous people that this show is much better than "O" - I believe it. Best show I have seen. This is a MUST SEE if in Vegas.

this is a great show! its a bit pricey but worth it. my husband is not a great showgoer but it managed to keep even him entertained. its bright, colourful,very diverse and very skillfull.to describe it as a circus without animals does not do it the justice it deserves but this is really what it is.all the seats seemed to provide the same great view and even reclined slightly to allow you to watch the arial acts. all in all its a great spectacle.a must see!!!

A must see. Saw it in a tent before it moved to its present location at Treasure Island. Went again earlier this year and it was even better. Warning. Tell the usher you don't want to be a participant in the opening. You can look like a fool. Very entertaining. Liked it better than "0".

I have seen Mystere twice and was awed, both times, by the physical skills displayed by the two male performers who balance each other in improbable positions. How do they do that?! The entire show amazes you and it's very fluid.....always more action. I always recommend it to friends who ask, "If I can only see one show in Vegas......"

This show is incredible and worth every penny. I have seen it twice, and have seen three other Cirque du Soleil shows. This one is the best so far. It is like entering a fantasy land of modern medieval lore, if that can be understood, in terms of atmosphere. It is funny and beautiful and awe-inpsiring and clever, and then there is the unmatched talent of the acrobats. It takes you back to a feeling of childhood wonder and that stays with you, that sense that there are marvelous and unexplicable things beyond your imagination. I hope to see it again, and again.
