Horrible show. Not only was it boring but they relied on the same stunts more than once. How many times do we need to see a person create an abstract painting with a body part?

I just don't find vomit to be that entertaining. I can't believe anyone would like this show.

Anyone who doesnt like the Blue Man group would probably complain about the taxes after winning the Lottery. It is an awesome show. Its original and the music is soul stiring. It is very funny to watch the performers experience something for the first time. I don't think I will ever think of eating a twinkie the same way again. It is true that its expensive, but every show in Vegas is, and its shows like this that make you feel you got your moneys worth. It is obvious to me that the performers also appreciate the audience for their contribution. They even come out into the hallway as the audience is filing out after the show to pose for pictures. Don't forget your cameras!

We love this show. It was our second time. Even knowing what was coming, we loved it. It's a hybrid of street performance art, a rock concert, and physical comedy. This time, we were in the front row. We needed the ponchos (provided). Not to give anything away, but being in the front row during the finale is a blast. The only downside of being that close is you can't see much of the band. If you don't have rock and roll in your soul, don't go. If you do, I think you'll enjoy it.

I can't imagine how people will like this show. There is nothing to like, nothing to be impressed about. I don't want to pay 90 dolllars to hear somebody hitting the drums with no rethym. Very poor show, We were very disappointed. You will not understand anything and you just want the show to end. Save your money for other shows like mam mia, Jubilee, or Mystere.

This show is suitable for anyone. The greatest thing about this show is that the men do not speak so it is a different kind of comedic show that even a deaf person or people who don't speak the same language would enjoy. The music gets really loud at times but it a great energy booster. Me and my husband was seated in the row right after the poncho section which was perfect because we didnt get any paint on us. I would recommend this area of the theater..you get the same view and enjoyment with out the mess. GREAT SHOW!

I was in absolute AWE after this show!!! Blue Man Group was one of the best productions I've seen and I will pay to see it again when I go back. My wife and I loved the show!! Now granted, if you don't like loud music or have much imagination, you probably won't like the show, but for those who like great percussion, theatre, crowd participation, and an overall great time, this show is a MUST SEE!!!!! I was really impressed with the theatre at Luxor where the show was performed too. Another great part is after the show the Blue Men and the rest of the cast meet the audience outside after the show and take photos with the audience. The entire cast was great.....GO SEE BLUE MAN GROUP next time in Vegas, it's well worth the price of admission!!!

I guess I had lofty expectations of the show due to the price but this show really didn't do it for me. I knew I was in trouble right away when a very very loud family sat down right behind us. The father told everyone around that he was in the theater. This wouldn't have been so bad if he and the kids would have shut up from then on. They were loud before the show, the father needed to loudly read the sign that says to turn off your cell phones and fax machine. The show itself never really had a chance after that but even then, I didn't think it was anything special. I didn't leave the theater in awe for having seen it.

My expectations were high and I had a headache so the show was just ok. You have to be in the mood --- my wife liked the show more than I did, however.

It is very original but seems aimed at teenagers more than adults. Not that it's a bad show. It's just that it reminded me of seeing the Rocky Horror Picture Show in college with the rice and costumes and all that. The 18 year olds were going crazy before the show even started and tried desperately to get onstage (Having been onstage at The Amazing Jonathan show the night before I was still recovering and gladly took a pass!)

The price seems a bit high but most shows in LV seems a bit pricy. I thought Mystere was a better show and a better value. Your teenage kids will, however, love it!

We saw this show last year at Luxor, and I'll never forget it. It was truly awesome! Best show on the strip!

Imagine combining the best parts of a rock concert with an orgami project gone wild. Throw in a dash of Marcel Marceau in you've got Blue Man Group.

We had more fun at this show, and I'd recommend it to anyone. If you have questions, feel free to drop me a note at this address -- gobigshooter@yahoo.com

Thanks, and enjoy your stay in Lost Wages!

This is an unusual show with some very entertaining moments and some annoying and painfully long segments. The actors are very expressive mime who are successful in communicating humor and emotion throughout much of the show. A segment where they shoot ping-pong balls a long distance is strange but entertaining. They play percussive musical instruments made from plastic pipe, which is kind of cool, and pound on paint-filled drums, which is OK but not exceptional. Some other segments are just simplistic and dull high school humor. They ended the show by throwing huge rolls of toilet-tissue type paper over the audience. To me that was pointless and annoying. I would never go again, but they are different enough from the standard fare that I do not regret seeing them at least once.

This is great entertainment, but probably not worth the money in Las Vegas.
I saw it in Chicago, and paid one third of the price.
If you live close to Chicago, see it here instead. You can save your money and see the same show.

A couple of years ago my Dad and Stepmom told me they got tickets for us to
all go see Blue Man Group at the Luxor. I had never heard of BMG before, and
never even really noticed the Intel commercials. I wasn't particularly
looking forward to going, but figured it was tickets to a show, so why not.
As soon as the lights went out, and the screen came down over the stage
showing the shadowy forms of the larger than live Blue Men behind it,
accompanied by the pounding drums that shook the whole theatre, I was
hooked. And the show quickly went from amazing to simply spectacular. The
dancing statues and the wire men completely blew me away, I found myself
perched at the edge of my seat with my jaw almost to the floor. It was the
most incredible effects I've ever seen in my life. After the show, we saw
the Blue Men in the lobby meeting with the fans. I was shy and hung back but
Ellen (my stepmom) went and met one of them and he put a little smear of
blue paint on the end of her nose.

For weeks all I could do was tell all my friends and family about how
amazing the show was.. but to even try to describe it or put it into words
was almost impossible. Finally my mom ended up coming to visit, and the
first thing I did when she told me the dates she'd be out was to buy 2
tickets to the show so she could experience it firsthand. The only thing
better than going to a BMG show is going with someone who has never seen it,
so you can see the amazement on their face. Naturally, she loved it. She
laughed a lot during the funny moments, and was as awestruck as me during
the special effects. I did get an up close encounter with one of the Blue
Men when they came out into the audience during the show. One of them was
walking along the backs of the chairs and was heading right towards me. All
of a sudden he was standing right over me, his feet planted on the arms of
my chair, and I was staring straight up at him. It was so exciting! After
the show was over we left quickly, and again I made no attempt to meet the
Blue Men. I'm a little bit shy, and wasn't sure what to say to any of them,
so I never even tried.

Several months later I moved to St. Louis and spent some time there. But
November 30th, 2002 I moved back to Las Vegas for good. I was telling Dad
and Ellen that I would love to go to another show if any of the radio
stations ran any contests and gave away tickets. Dad showed me an ad he had
been saving that was a 2 for 1 special for locals. So on Dec. 20th, 2002 we
went to my third Blue Man Group show. I was a bit surprised that there were
no changes in the show, but I was actually glad for that, because it meant I
still got to see my favorite parts. This time we had FRONT ROW seats, on the
right side of the stage. It was very exciting seeing the Blue Men up close
this time around. At one point when the Blue Men came off the stage into the
audience, one of them paused next to my chair (I was seated on the aisle)
and stared directly into my eyes for a long moment. All I could do was
giggle nervously, and to my relief he moved on. I was terrified of being
selected as being the twinkie girl. They ended up getting someone else and
did their routine with the bananas. A word of advice to anyone with front
row seats- bring something to cover your legs and feet from the knees down!
Because the ponchos aren't long enough to cover that low, as I found out as
huge globs of smashed banana pelted my legs and shoes. It was very funny!
The show was of course magnificent as always. When it was over we headed on
out to the lobby. This time, I lingered on the outskirts of the crowd and
watched everyone getting pictures taken with the Blue Men.. I really wanted
to go meet them, but had no camera with me, and nothing for them to
autograph. Then Ellen had an idea and took her ticket stub up to one of
them. She said something to him and handed him her ticket, and he gently
pressed his lips to it, and handed it back to her.. a perfect blue kiss on
her ticket stub! I thought this was a great idea, so I grabbed mine out of
my purse and made my way through the crowd. Finally I was face to face with
the Blue Man. I handed him my ticket and managed to shyly ask him to kiss my
ticket too, which he did. I scurried back through the crowd clutching my
prize- glad that I finally got the nerve to go up and meet one of them. Now
I have the perfect souvenier with the blue lip prints that will never dry.
It'll be interesting finding a way to frame it in a way that the paint wont
smudge. :)

To date, I have seen this show 6 times and I'm trying to get to go at least once a month. My next show will be this coming Sunday. :)

A very good show,if you are expecting to be entertained in a showgirl fashion do not go.However if you want an entertaining couple of hours that is different from the traditional strip offerings then it is a must do.The audience participation is fairly limited so it is not too demanding,It is interesting to see live video of the show as it happens added to earlier live recordings from the same show you have to work to keep up.Do not arrive late or you will become part of the show and try to avoid taking a leak mid show or you will wonder what happened while you were away. For a show with no live speech it has a good sprinkling of music , comedy and good visual effects.Worth going to see

I expected so much...but was vastly disappointed. It had a lot of "male adolescent humor"...spitting, fluids from the body, guffaw-type jokes, etc. Not enough music and the rhythm sounds associated with them from the very popular TV commercials...in fact, I liked the commercials better! Most of the younger people that have seen the show, seem to love it, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 40. I didn't feel like I received $100 worth of talented entertainment.

Loud, in your face, no real theme. I guess I didn't know what to expect. The show was
okay, performers were good with what they had to work with, but I think this show is way
overrated for what it is.

My wife and I initially had tickets for Danny Gans, but as we got to the Mirage, we found out that his show was cancelled because he was sick that night. We were leaving Las Vegas the next day and we really wanted to see one of the big shows. We went back to the hotel and called around and were able to get 9th row center tickets to Blue Man Group.

Some friends of ours had gone to see it the previous night and they were raving about it. I'm glad they didn't go into detail about what they saw as that would have ruined the surprise of a lot of it.

My wife and I both found the show to be phenomenal. The music was awesome. The humor was great. The audience participation was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this show to anybody visiting Las Vegas.

We hated this show. It was loud and intrusive and down right obnoxious. The theater was cold and noisy. Everyone was freezing. Then they came around with all this paper and told you to decorate yourself???? The show started and it got louder and louder and stupider and stupider. When you felt like you'd had enough of this garbage they started stringing paper all over the audience. You were wrapped up in this stuff as it was pass all over the theater. People were loud and rude and the only people this show appealed to were between the ages of 15 and 21. For the money, you can see much better shows. This one is really dumb. You'll hate it.
