Date Visited: 12/03 - Bad Visit
The customer service was exceedingly poor and very rude. Upon changing our mind about the
room we had previously decided to stay in, the help behing the counter checked us out instead of
simply refunding our money. When we learned that we could not get a refund we decided to stay
there afterall. Then the hotel help said that since we had just checked out, we couldn't stay there
any longer. Basically, we were screwed out of the cost of the hotel room with nothing to show for
it. Subsequent requests for the names of both the help and the manager/owners of the hotel was
met with mockery and more rudeness.

Checked-in here for a month long vacation but checked-out the next morning! It was August and the A/C blew hot air, pool had no water and did not feel welcomed. Arrived late and the office was closed - had to pick-up a key next door and could not confirm the discounted rate. I paid more than friends who were staying in Stardust tower room. Hopefully service has improved - nice looking motel with great neon sign. I would suggest inspecting the room before checking-in for an extended stay.
